Nice cottage, great central location for our family trip to Morehead City for grandson’s baseball tournament. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is pet and family friendly with a fenced in backyard and lots of games and toys. There is also a well stocked closet of beach equipment including chairs, boogie boards, towels, hats, an umbrella and cooler as well! The location was very convenient - a grocery store within walking distance, very close to the Atlantic beach bridge, and not far from Beaufort.

Nice house for a short weekend stay

We just needed somewhere to stay for the weekend while we attended an engagement party. We enjoyed the nice den and the house was perfect for our short stay!

Everything was very well decorated. Very convenient to a lot of things. We chose this place because of fencing for the dogs and the reviews. We were able to find care for our dogs for the time of being away from home a couple of weeks before leaving for our trip to NC. I thought I had read before booking this rental that I would be able to cancel our reservation up to a couple of days before checking in. We were going to find something with a water view. Unfortunately, the host let me know the cancelation policy was 60 days before check in. Therefore, make sure you know your cancelation policy with any rental.

Relaxing Stay

Great location with quick access to the island, restaurants and shopping. The home is an excellent size for a couple or small family. Melissa was quick to respond to emails and all pertinent details were provided. We had a relaxing stay…just what we needed.

Great location

Great little place in a good location. Pet friendly but be aware there isn’t a fence so you’ll have to bring a lead if your pup is curious. Tons of space and a great little kitchen

Great House!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The host was very accommodating and the house was awesome. It is a short drive to downtown Morehead, Beaufort, and Atlantic Beach. While it was perfect for a honeymoon, there are also beds for children that make it a great house for families as well.

So perfect for us

If I were going to own a beach home, it would be this one! Very clean, well stocked, great location, small but quaint, room for our boat and trailer too. I can’t say enough great things about this home. It was perfect for our infant, 3 year old and two adults. We enjoyed the space thoroughly and felt right at home with all the amenities

Great Location & Good Vibes

We LOVED our stay!!! My husband, our 2 boys (18 & 11) & dog enjoyed Good Vibes. We know the area and the location. This is a GREAT location. Short distance to a great grocery store, shopping, beach, Beaufort, Aquarium, Fort Macon, etc. Clean & Comfortable. Awesome owners. Very responsive & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you all so much for opening your home:-)

Our stay

Was overall satisfied with our stay. The house had anything you needed which was appreciated, was clean, and the decor was very nice. It was located convenient to town. However, the neighborhood was very run down. The shower head could use a dip in vinegar and shower drain seemed clogged. The house smelled kind of musty. Minor fixes needed but enjoyed our stay.

For anyone considering a stay, the neighborhood is a mix of charming beach cottages and well-maintained homes. It’s not perfect but it’s far from run down. It’s a relaxed coastal area that many guests love for its laid-back vibe and easy access to the beach. The water at the beach can sometimes have natural debris, but we work hard to keep it clean and enjoyable for our guests. This was our first booking of the season, and sometimes houses that aren’t lived in for a while can get a bit musty. We’ll be sure to air it out thoroughly moving forward. We appreciate your notes on the shower head and drain, and we’ll address those right away. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall!
