The apartment was clean, roomy, and very quiet for a NYC apartment. The location was great - close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the subway. Highly recommend.

The property is spacious and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The outdoor patio is very nice but could use some cleaning. Also close to the subway. It met our needs well. However, the dishwasher did not work and the remote for the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was missing. We called the contact number we were given and never got a response.

This apartment is in a great location, close to the subway, restaurants, and Whole Foods. It is very spacious and equipped with all the essentials.The only issue was a water or humidity stain on the ceiling of the smaller bedroom, which should be addressed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.Thank you!

The Location is Perfect, the parking is fantastic, our family felt safe, plenty of space, the out door space makes you forget you are in New York at times. One Hugh tip that will absolutely help. The apartment is down the few step on the bottom level of the brownstone.Plenty of food close by, shopping, and the subway is 2 blocks away to get to anywhere in the city quickly and cheaply.Great find and the price was pretty fare. It’s not brand new but plenty of if dates to feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again in the future

Finding a 2br spot 10min from the A train for this price made me a bit skeptical, but I was really impressed. Went for a trip to see family friends with my 82 year old father and needed a last minute place to stay. The host was very responsive to questions about checkin and didn't mind that we arrived late. There are a few quirks as with any new york apartment (some water damage on the ceiling in the 2nd br for example), but it was clean and mindfully decorated. The back patio with the garden stole the show! Great open space for lunch or just enjoying the weather. Given the price point, this place is a steal. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip to NYC. 5 stars!

Location was convenient to the 125th St subway station, which made getting around very easy. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby so you'll have no problem finding someplace to eat, or something to cook at home if you prefer. The brownstone itself is lovely and well-maintained on a block full of similarly charming homes. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Harlem Brownstone

This was the perfect home base for our trip to New York City. It had easy access to the subway, grocery and store options, and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-apportioned. The garden was a lovely bonus in the city.

Nice Place to stay

I was accommodated with an early check-in for work. I would suggest fixing the back door to make it feel more secure. Great location for commuting around the city.
