La vivienda es perfecta para pasar unos días en Nueva York. La ubicación super cerca del metro.Si no hablas con nadie es seguro el barrio.Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos. Pondría 3 cubos diferentes de basura dentro de la vivienda para poder reciclar más fácil. Recomiendo hablar con la vivienda semanas antes, por qué mientras estábamos hospedados llegaron nuevos huéspedes con booking. Todo perfecto.Las camas grandes.

Wir waren zu viert - eine Woche in NYC. Das Apartment war wie angegeben. Sehr geräumiger Wohn/Essbereich, mit allem was man braucht (Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher). Die zwei Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend. Wobei das hintere Schlafzimmer kleiner war, das Bett schmaler (franzö. Doppelbett), vorn war es ein King-Size-Bett. Im hinteren Zimmer schien auch Wasser die Wänden herunter zu kommen, wenn es stark geregnet hat. Alle drei Räume hatten Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend. Der Hinterhof ist groß nur leider nicht so nutzbar, da er durch die Witterung ziemlich in die jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage war super. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Es war stets ruhig. Außer die Bewohner oben drüber hörte man, da die Böden sehr hellhörig waren. Zu den verschienden Subway-Stationen waren es nur wenige Gehminuten, sodass man mit vielen verschiedenen Linien schnell in der City war. Tolle Restaurants sind direkt in der Umgebung. Ebenso zwei große Supermärkte u.a. Trader Joes. Alles in allem, war es ein klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn man hier und da Abstriche macht & weiß, dass das ein oder andere nicht ganz so shcick ist, dann ist es echt super für mehrere günstige Tage in NYC.

It wouldn’t take much to make this place a five star: answer texts, have the property clean and ready to check in on time, stock toilet paper, provide enough glasses, cups, plates, bowls, for four people for two days, clean the cabinets of old supplies from past guests, mop the floor, check the dishwasher, stock detergent, hose off the yard furniture, and put a deadbolt on the back door. Otherwise great location, spacious apartment, would recommend.

Great Harlem Brownstone

This was the perfect home base for our trip to New York City. It had easy access to the subway, grocery and store options, and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-apportioned. The garden was a lovely bonus in the city.

Alojamiento amplio. Cocina muy buena con muchos utensilios de cocina pero con platos, vasos, tazas y cubiertos muy justos. Eché de menos unos paños para secar la vajilla. El apartamento es cómodo y acogedor.Las habitaciones están bien y se pueden guardar bien la ropa y las maletas. Echo de menos en una de las habitaciones una persiana más ajustada a la ventana que dejé pasar menos luz por la mañana. Hay 3 aparatos de aire acondicionado: habitaciones y salón-cocina. El baño es pequeñito pero limpio y con bañera. Tiene 3 dispensadores con: gel, champú y acondicionador. Hay secador, y toallas suficientes. A 2 pasos de todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes conocidos (Silvias's; Red rosted,...) y supermercados.A 2 manzanas de las líneas de metro 2 y 3 (125 St). Por la noche para volver, no se notaba inseguridad alguna. Las imágenes que se ofrecen en el anuncio se ajustan a la realidad.

Nice apartment in Harlem

Nice apartment very clean and confortable. We had a small issue with a sink clogged but it was rapidly corrected by the owner. We never met with Angela but she answered our request very efficiently. The neighborhood is ok with plenty of good groceries nearby and also subway near the apartment.

Great stay

As advertised. Larger than it looks online and very clean. Easy walk to the subway and great local restaurants and shopping right nearby.

Cons .. i am aware they dont have control of the outside but coming in late nite and seeing a huge rat running on the side walk was an epic fail for me .. also it was unfortunate where the towels were placed ( in one of the bedrooms) i didnt locate the towels until i was exiting and ending my stay . The ceiling in the smaller bedroom needs to be addressed ( possible previous leak) and finally maybe instructions on how to use the remotes for the air-conditioner would be helpful. Pros .. place was tidy ,access instructions was on point, and the place is spacious..

Excellent Location

This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again.

Great space in incredibly convenient location

AMAZING space! Was so excited to find a place with so much space and a fully outfitted kitchen! (Most places I stay have a decent kitchen, but no dishes or tools to actually USE the kitchen!) with so many things being so convenient, we were able to sleep lat, attend ALLLL the theatre, an then come back and make ourselves full delicious meals! Also, when there were concerns about the unit, they were PROMPTLY addressed and fixed! I highly recommend this property, but only when *I* don’t need it!

Perfectly comfortable

We stayed about a week and the location could not be beat. It is only about two blocks from the Red line, shops and lots of restaurants, too. The kitchen had just just enough for us to prepare a few simple meals ourselves then hang out on the big comfy couch. We did bring some of our own blankets and pillows--there were no extras. Nothing fancy, but overall nice and relaxing.

We loved everything about his home! It is charming and very clean and tidy. It is a cozy place to stay with a lovely outdoor area. It is near everything, and so walkable! Angela is a wonderful host and very communicative. The check in instructions were clear and easy. We will probably come back since we were visiting our daughter in Harlem. Thank you!!!
