Fantastic apartment and location

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and the location can’t be beat - close to Central Park, great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Fantastic

Great summer stay

The apartment was terrific. It was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable (which was critical during hot and humid summer days). The location (upper westside) was great, with lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, dry cleaners and grocery stores. The property manager was super-friendly and responsive. I would unhesitatingly rent from this manger again.

Perfect home away from home!

Faultless. Great apartments, appear recently refurbished and amazing service for a VRBO - Izzy and team assisted promptly with any questions. The apartment had absolutely everything you needed. It was very clean on arrival. He checked in through the stay in case he could do any more. Perfect location on quaint UWS street. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The apartment was better than I expected, even though I had seen pictures online. Izi, the owner, welcomed me to the apartment and showed me how everything worked. He checked in periodically to make sure I was a happy guest. The location of the apartment is superb. It's between Columbus and Amsterdam and just a couple of blocks from Central Park and subway stops. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, fruit vendors. I'd stay here again.

Great accomodations!

Izi is a fantastic host! He took the time to familiarize us with the building and the apartment. The apartment was clean, updated and very comfortable. It had everything needed for a month stay. I would stay here again and I have already recommended it to two friends - thanks Izi!!

Perfect apt, perfect building, perfect area

i needed a temporary apt on the upper west side. while pricey, you get what you pay for - it’s renovated, cozy, comfortable, and safe. i am as comfortable walking my dog at 11 pm as i am at 8 am. izi and elio are kind and accommodating. And, it is no surprise to me that when i’ve run into other tenants they are lovely! the bedroom seems small when you first view it, and then you come to realize, in this apt at least, that it is a womb-like sleeping experience. i got the best nights’ sleep! i recommend bringing your favorite comforter from home, if possible. for the record my stay included hot temps and cold. i used heat and a/c. both are good. further, i’m a fresh air person, windows are easy to open. for me, the third floor walk up was an added perk. i like to get exercise. ps. shop for groceries and gourmet treats at fairway for a nyc living experience.

great location, great apartment, great owner and manager

1 BR apt and bath perfect. Everything is there; two washers and dryers in basement. location is 2 blocks from subway lines 1 and b/c and 2 blocks from central park. Izi (owner) and Elio ( manager) meet all your needs.

UWS Gem

This apartment is well equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment and has a fantastic location on the UWS. Minutes from the "1" subway line and only a bit more to the "C", it is accessible to all of Manhattan. Central Park is 1.5 blocks away and there are a great number of popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the world famous grocery, Zabars. Tenants will find the owner and property manager very accommodating and helpful. The apartment's space is well designed and functional and will easily fit the needs of those wishing to be "New Yorkers", if only for a few weeks.

A Gem in the Big Apple!

Unit 6 in this brownstone is a very special place three dozen steps up from a wonderful neighborhood. Great for the legs and heart. It is so quiet and welcoming, a haven. The quality of light from the kitchen courtyard window draws you, and you don't want to leave. The kitchen is open to the sitting area so the unit does not feel cramped, and it is well equipped. The bedroom is comfortable and it is separate if you want some "space". I was surprised at the amount of storage space, as we moved in for 34 days to babysit our latest grandson nearby. The air conditioning is A-1, and we needed it this October. When I read the reviews about Izi I thought they sounded too good to be true, but this is a man you would wish to be in charge of your space. He is responsive, organized, and oh so charming! Bottom line, we were so sad leaving. I hope the kids have another baby so we can come back!

The location was ideal, the apartment was elegant, clean and modern, and the manager was super-helpful. Made our stay in New York especially wonderful.
