First Costa Rica Vacation

Great Property, with an excellent staff. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Beach and sunsets were some of the best we have experienced. The owner of the Villa we rented was exceptional to work with, for airport transportation, local restaurants and excursions. Highly recommend this resort.

Perfect spot on Playa Flamingo for family of 4

We were a family of four and had a wonderful stay at this condo over New Years. The condo itself has everything, beds were comfortable, patio and balconies were nice for eating/reading outside, and we got great use out of the kitchen. The Palms is a beautiful property with nice pools, water toys free to use, a lovely outdoor grill area, a great massage

Our 5 person family really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Keith, the Villa owner, was very helpful and attentive. The Staff at The Palms was very gracious and kind. They helped us with excursions and dinner reservations / recommendations. A super big plus is the fact that you are right on the beach and a beautiful one at that!!!

Fantastic vacation villa

My family stayed at the Palms Villa over Xmas. The property is superbly appointed, just steps from the pools and pristine beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with lots of tips and contacts, and the concierge helped us book several excursions which were fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely 5 stars, and I'm a picky customer. Top notch.
