Bring the whole gang to this very spacious 8 bedroom, 6.5 bath villa that comfortably sleeps 16. The open kitchen, family room, lanai and pool area will be a great place to make lasting memories the minute you start your Orlando vacation. The house is conveniently located just off Interstate 4 and is a short drive of less than 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 30 minutes to Universal Studios.

Inside the beautiful, gated community you’ll have access to everything Encore Resort at Reunion has to offer. In less than a 5 minute walk from the house, your entire group can be soaking in the fun at the Encore 10 acre water park with three different water slides, an oversized splash area for the little ones, and a huge swimming pool with full service restaurant and bar. The resort has free transportation to and from both Disney and Universal parks on their large, tour style bus. The clubhouse also includes a fitness center, game room and a small shop to purchase any essentials or souvenirs.

And if you choose to just chill at the house, there’s no shortage of sun and fun. With the southward facing rear of the house, the private pool with hot tub and lounge deck, gets sun all day. The oversized lanai provides a shady place to take a break from the sun, play a game of pool on the outdoor pool table, or grab a snack at the outdoor dining table. There are six poolside lounge chairs and a comfy swing and a poolside basketball hoop. There’s also a convenient pool-side half bath and outdoor shower.

Living Space and Entertainment
Whether you spend the day at the parks or the pool, you’ll appreciate the very relaxing and comfortable sectional couch and reclining side chairs in the air conditioned living room. Or transition upstairs to watch a movie in one of the eight super cozy, theatre seat recliners. The big screen, projector, and surround sound create a great environment for a movie night for the family. There’s also a multi-game video game system in the loft area adjacent to the theatre seating and a connect 4 hanging on the wall. The air conditioned garage also makes for a great hang out space with tv, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and pub table with stools. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and access to complimentary Wi-Fi from a fast, gigabit fiber optic line directly to the house.

Bedrooms
The first floor master suite includes a king bed, ensuite full bath, tv and private entrance to the pool deck. Another bedroom on the first floor is across the hall from a full bath and has a king size bed and tv. There are a total of six bedrooms upstairs with three on each side of the loft. Each side includes a master with king bed, ensuite full bath, a themed bedroom (Star Wars or Harry Potter) with two twin beds, a Jack and Jill full bath, and an additional bedroom with queen size bed connected to the jack and jill bathroom. The Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms will be loved by all and provide a great space for the kids to crash while the parents continue the fun.

Kitchen and Eating
An oversized island with granite countertop and breakfast seating is stocked with all of the essential dishware, glassware and utensils. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee make, toaster and blender. The kitchen table extends with a built-in leaf and has plenty of space for all guests to gather. A starter set of dish soap, paper towels and a trash bag will be provided and available when you arrive.

Other Essential Information
The laundry closet is located upstairs and includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $40 per day. The heater will get the pool to 85F and the spa to 104F. Please request pool heat before your check-in. Requests for pool heat made onsite will incur a $25 fee from the property management company.
Required by law, there is an alarm on the sliding glass doors leading to the pool area to protect young children. Please press the button next to the entrance to silence the alarm before opening the door.
