Half bath on the main level
Linens provided – no need to pack sheets or towels
Smart TVs in the living room and 2 bedrooms
Washer and dryer
Fully stocked kitchen (yes, there's a Keurig and a full pot coffee maker)
Beach chairs + umbrella
Private yard with a patio – perfect for cocktails under the stars
Books + games for rainy days or chill nights
Parking for 2 vehicles + overflow parking (first come, first served)
Located in a townhome community just across the street from the beach
Two covered decks for lounging and breezy hangs
Community pool located just behind the unit to the right
Open approx. April 1 – October 31, daily from 9 AM to 9 PM
A Few Things to Know:
Security cameras are on the front and back of the property
Guests must sign a Vacation Rental Agreement and provide a valid photo ID to book
We stick to our cancellation policy – we strongly recommend travel insurance
Access: You’ll have the entire home and private yard to yourself
