We had an excellent stay at Scott’s lake house! The deck was our favorite spot, with a fantastic view and comfy seating. Scott provided tons of information and was prompt responding to all messages. The listing pictures are darker than the actual house, and we were happily surprised by how nice the home is! The kitchen had lots of basics and was very spacious to cook in.

Beautiful property and beautiful home!! My family just enjoyed a week long vacation in this lovely home. We enjoyed great views of the lake, saw some ducks, a chirping baby woodpecker and it was fairly quiet. The host was easy to talk to and got back to me pretty quickly. We were very lucky to have central air with the heat wave!

Beautiful house and incredible location. Owner has been fantastic through the whole process. Plenty of space for 7 adult friends on their annual trip.

We had a fantastic stay. The design of the home is truly special — you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The location right on the lake is beautiful and created such a peaceful setting.Scott was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything seamless. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — we couldn’t have asked for a better home or location.We would absolutely love to return in the warmer months to fully enjoy the lake!

Awesome Property

The house accommodated the group wonderfully… the size, the amenities, the view. The property location was great. A little far from the ski resorts but we knew that prior.

Beautiful home on a lovely lake, ideal for large groups.

We were a large and active group that like to bike, hike, swim, and kayak and this place had something for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals for nine people. The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor space was beautiful.

Comfortable, private lake home

Our group very much enjoyed our stay in Tinmouth. A beautiful, peaceful view, and the house was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We very much appreciated the central air, too! The owner was responsive and helpful.

Fabulous Family Stay

We spent a long weekend celebrating an early Christmas with our family and everything was great. The kitchen is well stocked and the overall decor is fantastic. Being able to look out at the lake from most all the rooms was an added bonus. Too bad it was too cold for us to venture out on the lake.

Wonderful

This is our second year renting Scott's place and, as always, an excellent experience. Hitting Peak Leaves was the absolute highlight of the trip. House has everything you need and the outside fireplace a great gathering area for making many memories.

Absolutely beautiful place and location

We rented this place out to have a weekend together with friends. It was so perfect. This property is absolutely beautiful. We had a great time swimming and boating in the lake. The huge back porch overlooking the gorgeous view of the lake was a fantastic hangout spot. Definitely a place we would love to come back to time and time again.

Beautiful Home & Location

The home listed is amazing. We had plenty of cookware for all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy. The porch / view was amazing and to top it all off the outdoor fireplace was just perfect for s’more making. We had an amazing time and Scott was such an amazing host!

Great house

We had a great time. The house was perfect. It was big, had a game room and was right on the lake. The weather wasn't great so we couldn't enjoy the lake but loved the fire pit and just hanging out playing games and relaxing

Wonderful Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Sam's place. The house and lake were everything we had expected from the listing. The house was well equipped. There were enough kayaks for all who wanted to venture out on the lake. We enjoyed the loon and a bald eagle, as well as bats flying at night.

Great VT Trip

Honestly, the house is well designed and renovated. Pretty spacious and great views in the backyard. the rooms are clean and living room and the kitchen is a great place to hang out. Plenty of firewood to use for the fireplace. a good place for skiing and "plugging off" technologies.

Lovely home!

This is a lovely home - modern, clean, and well furnished. The living area is comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchen is beautiful and all the appliances, pots/pans, etc, seem new. It's a large home and fit our group of 9 adults perfectly. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful spot on a quiet lake

Perfect house dor a large group. We really enjoyed the deck, the quiet lake, biking, and having several areas to relax. It even the kids thought of putting in the tv. House extremely well equipped- nothing lacking.

Amazing VT getaway

This is an amazing property and quiet location. The lake is beautiful and views are in all directions. Very clean home with plenty of room and lots of things to do. The fishing is great for young and old. I brought my own kayak and gear but there are older kayaks and a row boat that was in rough shape. We are definitely going to look into renting this property next year for a full week.
