This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator.
Tastefully decorated, this chic 81m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk and a massage chair. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a heavenly king bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a flat-screen TV, so you can comfortably sleep or watch your favourite shows.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This is a stunning location in Dubai. Unique attractions surround this area, including Zabeel Park, La Mer, and Bur Dubai Souk Market. Fantastic restaurants and bars are nearby, such as LalQila Restaurant Dubai, Nayaab Haandi Al Wasl, and Truck Adda Restaurant. With its great location, you have the perfect place to explore the city and all it offers.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest train station is the World Trade Center (line Mred).
DXB Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 30 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 18 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 30 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
