Situated on the 36th floor with elevator access, our one-bedroom is not just a place to stay; it's an experience. Revel in the luxury of a well-appointed residence with easy access to the best that Dubai has to offer. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this is your gateway to the perfect Dubai stay. On the basement level, discover seamless access to the serene lake. Enjoy family fun at the kids' play area, explore dog parks, or shoot hoops on the basketball courts. Whether it's a jog, scooter ride, or a stroll, relish the breathtaking lake views.
It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and offering breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Important note: The swimming pool and the gym will be in maintenance until the 15th October. We apologize for any inconvenient.

Our apartment features a secure keyless entry system for your convenience to ensure complete privacy and security during your stay. You'll receive a unique access code before your arrival, eliminating the need for traditional keys.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The nearest train station, DMCC, is just an 18-minute walk.
Dubai International Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
