Ten of us stayed here for a girls' trip to Estes Park, and this house was absolutely fabulous. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and still come together for meals and great conversation. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, which made settling in easy from the moment we arrived.The location was ideal for exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and coming back to such a beautiful, peaceful space each evening made the trip even more special. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to any group looking for a memorable mountain getaway. Five stars all the way!

Perfection! The location. The atmosphere. The property was absolutely perfect. We could not have imagined a better setup and location for this vacation. Highly recommended all around. The proximity to the park and the riverfront location were two big pluses. The large bedrooms and dining table with its couch/tv setup was great. I can’t say enough good about the property. It is close to the main park road, but you don’t hear any road noise because of the river!

This house is lovely, updated and close to all the things we love to do in Estes Park. Being a ranch style property makes it appealing to those challenged by stairs. The hot tub was also a big hit with the family. This host really thinks of everything!

Our family of 8 had more than enough room to enjoy the beautiful scenery by the river in a quiet neighbor.hood. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house is convenient to shopping and to the national park. The wildlife we saw both at the house and in the park was amazing! We loved our stay.

Everything was great for our large group of 12. We had plenty of space when we wanted to be alone or all together. The hot tub was wonderful with all the snow we had and Jane was very helpful and prompt to matters that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Estes park. The beds were really comfy and the Internet was fast.

Everything was in good condition and satisfactory on all points. The bedding and furnishings were some of the best that we have experienced in other rentals. This home made us feel very comfortable and we would recommend staying here to our friends and family in the future.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and relaxing. It’s right on the stream and has an extremely nice back patio with beautiful views. It’s a very comfortable and inviting mountain home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Super close to all amenities.

We stayed here for our son’s destination wedding and it was beautiful. We had a group of 12 ages ranging 8-67. Everybody had a comfortable stay, the house was very clean and every detail was thought of. There was an air hockey table for the kids that kept them busy for hours. It was close to restaurants and the location is beautiful. This is absolutely the place to stay if you are coming here.

This house was beautiful, and the view of the river was awesome. This house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids! We had a lot of space to spread out and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The surrounding area was quiet and close enough to downtown. We would love to come back in the summer.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. Host checked in on us often. The environment was perfect. Felt like a cozy cabin in the woods by the mountains and when it snowed, the snow painted the mountains and trees white. It felt like living in a postcard.
