We had a great and relaxing stay. The rental is updated, clean, in a convenient location as we were on the go. Owners communication was spot on. A nice surprise was how spacious the home is.We hope to stay again in the near future.

"Cozy, Well-kept, Well- supplied"Kyle's southend house (upper unit) was pleasantly modern, clean, and economical.Recommend for others, and hope to return somtime if this fine unit is still available.

Great stay in Brigantine

Weekend getaway to the beach. Nicely updated apartment with all the amenities we needed.We will definitely be checking in again for future visits to Brigantine.

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay here! The house is clean and the balcony is beautiful! Neighborhood is nice and quiet too!

Great place

The place was beautiful, I really loved the second story balcony. The property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. It was the perfect size for four of us. Very clean, nice kitchen, beautiful dining table and big screen TV. We were there for a wedding, but if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

Our Brigantine Stay

Overall the property is accommodating, kitchen and living area is open concept and nicely furnished. Primary bathroom needs updating and deep cleaning.

Super clean rental

The owner could not have been easier to work with. We accidentally broke a window pane and it was repaired by the next day. Home was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a short stay

This is a great property for a family or small group near a quiet beach. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet (although one nearby family seemed to have a party on their porch every night that wasn't too loud) and it's great to have two BR and two full baths. The host was very responsive and check in and check out were very easy. It's also only a 10-minute drive to the AC boardwalk.My two issues are with the distance to the beach and the bathrooms. The listing says "steps from the Brigantine beach" so you assume when you look at the map that this house is on the street closest to the beach. To be clear, it would be a 15-minute walk to the beach from where this house sits in the middle of a large residential neighborhood. Fortunately, you can drive a few minutes and park for free on the street very near the 5-minute walking path from the condos closest to the beach to access the beach. So especially if you have little kids, you might want to think twice. As for the bathrooms, the showers are large and very nice. However, the sinks look like they were taken from a fast food restaurant. They have about 4 inches of couterrop around them and don't extend down to the floor, so your only option when getting ready in the bathroom is to put your hygiene items on the toilet seat. There are also no trashcans in the bathrooms, which is kind of ridiculous.Not sure if we'll come back or not, but overall we enjoyed it.
