Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well-maintained. So many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is paid but very close by and cheap. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in a great location

Place is really nice. Kept clean. Breezy check in and the owners are very responsive. Many restaurants, bakeries, ice cream, shopping, and museums within walking distance. There is a free car park couple blocks away by the pier. My only complaint which is minor is the street outside can get pretty noisy.

Wonderful first visit to Iceland!

This condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn't ask for a better location... right in the heart of Reykjavik.... overlooking the harbor! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and points of interest, and the bus stop for all of the organized tours was just across the street. The condo, itself, was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and very comfortable. The check in process was super easy and the owners were so helpful and responsive! We would highly recommend a stay here! points of interest

The view on the listing is accurate! Although the boat might move - that's life. This flat is very good indeed, clean, comfortable, well equipped and right in town.Right in town means you have some traffic noise - but Reykjavik is a small city and it compares well to where we live. It didn't bother us. The furnishings are high standard, the flat is well insulated (in fact we kept turning the heating down!), it is 50 metres from the Art Museum and high street (and bus stop number 4 to BSI) and we couldn't have liked it more.The hosts are very approachable and helpful. All in all, we loved the flat and it was just as much fun staring out the window as it was wandering around the city.Recommended.

Fantastic location, everything in walking distance! Very clean with high quality furnishings, had everything we needed. Harbor view is as pictured, plenty of natural light. Reasonably priced parking garage a block away. Restaurant recommendations from the host were spot on, the food did not disappoint. We didn't receive the check-in instructions until a few hours before we left for our flight which gave me some anxiety but perhaps this was due to a time zone difference. Otherwise, the communication was great, instructions were thorough and the host checked in mid stay which was a nice touch. Would definitely return.
