Newly remodeled 1-bedroom apartment sitting on a hill with a nice view. Parking space located in front of apartment. Located on a dead end street, so there will be no traffic passing by.
King size bed, extra pillows, ceiling fan, heat/AC unit operated by remote control, storage space, full length mirror, hooks for hanging coats/clothes.
1-full bathroom with walk in shower, mini heater and fan. Rack with hangers to hang clothes. Towels, shampoos, lotions, body washes, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and cleaning supplies.
Living room with 62”inch Roku TV, WiFi, heat/AC unit operated by remote control, fireplace operated by remote control, ceiling fan, leather sofa and recliner.
Kitchen/dining area has seating for four people, microwave, refrigerator (no ice maker) dishwasher, coffee pot, and Keurig, coffee grinder, blender, electric range/double oven, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, baking sheet/hand mixer. Cleaning supplies. Smoke detectors and fire extinguisher.

I have lived in Texas all but one year of my life. I was raised, went to school, worked and retired, in the DFW area. My husband and I moved to Eastland a few years ago because we wanted to get out of the big city and traffic. Although, it was quite a culture shock for me to move to a town with only 3,900 people, and a very slow pace of life compared to what I came from. I am getting used to it, and I love the fact that I can get across town in about 5 minutes with no traffic. I guess you could say that I am becoming a "City Cowgirl."
My husband and I love to travel and are always looking for a new adventure. We have stayed in many VRBO's in our travels, and decided to host one of our own since we have the space in our newly remodeled home.
