Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to provide some important context for future guests. Prior to your arrival, Nassau experienced an island-wide power outage, and we personally contacted you to make you aware of the situation. As this was completely outside of our control, we offered you the option to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund before arrival. You chose to proceed with your stay. During your stay, when you reported an issue with the toilet seat, we addressed it immediately and had our handyman replace it. We also take your comments regarding cleanliness and the condition of the furnishings seriously and will review those areas with our team. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable and well-maintained property, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We felt it was important to clarify the circumstances surrounding the power outage, as it was not mentioned in the review and was a significant factor affecting the stay.
