This cute and cozy 800 SQ FT, 2BR/2BA open feel condo offers mountain comfort and stunning views. Located between Marys Lake and Moraine Ave, you are minutes from downtown Estes Park, and from the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.This ranch style condo is welcoming and cute. With all living areas on the main floor, this condo makes for a relaxing and accessible experience. The open concept living area has wonderful natural light with large windows that invite the outdoors inside. The great room offers incredible views of the surrounding area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with all of the items you may need to make that perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Off of the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry convenience.The patio is located off the dining room with comfy patio furniture to lounge in, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. This lovely property backs up to permanent Land Trust Open Space. Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park. The Master bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full hall bathroom with a shower. The home has free, secure WiFi, and streaming available on the SmartTV in the living area.Reserve Serenity in the Rockies for your next Rocky Mountain getaway!

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Our Nine Days in the Rockies

Serenity in the Rockies was just what we needed! A quiet and peaceful place far enough away from downtown Estes Park (about a mile and a half) to avoid the hustle and bustle. Very easy access to RMNP. The townhouse was nicely furnished and decorated. Elk entertained in the back yard regularly!

Relaxing View

This was a perfect spot for three of us to relax and catch up. The view was great, enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening for dinner and with my morning coffee. The location was close to town, loved that, shopping there and the places to grab a bite. Definitely enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful!!!!

This was such a lovely place to stay. We had beautiful views and great proximity to the Estes area as well as the national park. It was very clean and well appointed! We saw a mountain lion and some deer behind the house during our stay as well. We just loved this property! It was very quiet and just beautiful.

Highly Recommend!

What a great house, location and property! Loved it and will be back. We saw mule deer, gophers and rabbits in the backyard. We loved the view and sitting outside at the firepit looking at the mountains. The inside is modern, spacious and offers everything we needed for a few days exploring RMNP and relaxing after hiking. We also loved that it was close to town but outside of the busy tourist area in July. Great property! Def recommend.

Great location near RMNP

We enjoyed our stay just outside of RMNP. Couldn’t get much closer to the park and it allowed us to get up for early morning hikes! Very clean and well taken care of. When we had an issue with the grill someone came right over to help.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Start of our vacation - flew in to Denver, three days in Estes and RMNP- on to Cheyenne- Great place, location perfect, would do it again- view is amazing, enjoyed the wildlife in backyard! -5 start from this group from South Carolina!

Wonderful Winter Trip to Estes Park

Serenity in the Rockies was a wonderful place to stay for our winter trip to Estes Park. It was clean and well kept. The only issues we experienced were a shower that was drainage slowly and no extra blankets. Both issues were remedied within two hours of our arrival. The management team was very friendly and quick to respond. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and visits each morning from the local wildlife. The cabin is really close to the park entrance and to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Rental in Estes

Overall the property was nice. The backyard is open and doesn’t have another house immediately behind. During our stay we had a mule deer out the back door and prairie dogs to watch, but no elk. Inside is cozy with all necessary amenities. Check-in was a code texted 15 minutes ahead of earliest check-in time. Worked well for us. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the 2 of us.
