Located 13 minutes from Barra beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the region! It is also located just 18 minutes from the Olympic Park. Furthermore, you can access the cafeteria on the first floor which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an à la carte menu (note, these services are not included in the daily rate).



🔵 NEW WORLD CLUB



At this club, approximately 30 metres in front of the Residence Malibu, you will have access to leisure facilities, free ferry transfer to the beach, gym and swimming pool. An open space integrated with nature, ideal for relaxing and adventurous activities, such as sailing lessons, rowing, surfing, stand up, as well as ferry rides and sailing trips on Marapendi lagoon.



🛥️ Transfer to the beach to facilitate residents' movement to the pier. A 9-seater electric cart leaves the condominium car park 10 minutes before each ferry departure. On weekends and public holidays, when service usage is higher, there is an additional 9-seater cart.



🌊 Swimming pool opening hours: every day from 8am to 7pm, except Wednesdays which are closed for maintenance. During summer, there is extended opening hours for the swimming pool. Please check special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year and Carnival.



🏋️‍♀️ Gym: it is equipped with a 300m² weights room, gymnastics rooms and a covered bicycle room. It operates Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturdays from 8am to 6pm, and Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 1pm. Please consult special opening hours during festive periods, such as Christmas, New Year and Carnival.

For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ The reception desk is not authorised to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.



⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise from 10 p.m. onwards (Noise Ordinance).



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.



⚠️ Use the entrance and service lift when you have luggage or swimwear.



⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100.00 per day from the security deposit.



⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be hired and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
