Cozy Cabin

The cabin was a great space for our family. We enjoyed spending much of our time on the back porch which had a beautiful view. Jake was very kind and responsive when we had any questions. We will definitely be returning!

Comfy and cozy

A red cardinal hitting windows all day long, couches definitely need replaced, a hand held shower head would be wonderful, lost electricity most of day Wednesday. Other than that it was great, comfy bed great views, would stay there again.

Psycho Bird

Overall great place, great experience. However there is a cardinal that constantly slams into the windows on purpose and it is very disturbing. Couldn’t sleep well, you should remove the bird or give it a home.

Nice place!

Our stay was great. The hot tub and view from deck were awesome. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood. Washer and dryer and tvs worked great. Bed is very comfy. Pool table was my fav thing. If I could change anything, I’d upgrade the couches, they are getting a bit worn. The throw blankets in the coffee table had definitely not been washed. And the shower is pretty small. A hand held shower nozzle would help.

Jake was great in providing all the information needed to make this a successful trip. Cabin was exactly as described, with no surprises. Close to all the attractions yet nice and peaceful both during the mornings and evenings. Great view from the deck. Even enjoyed the cardinal "alarm clock" in the mornings. Look forward to reserving again in the future!!!

Unfortunately, we did our very best to accommodate this guest and address the issue she encountered early in her stay. As Premier Hosts, it’s extremely disappointing to receive such a negative review after offering a refund and every reasonable concession possible to make things right and ensure she enjoyed her stay.
