Great Place
We were here for work and had to be close to the Rose Bowl. Great location, quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great landing pad
We enjoyed our stay very much! There was ample space for four separate sleeping spaces, the kitchen is spacious and stocked with dishes for cooking for groups. The outdoor space is also great! A lot of birds to listen to :) It was close to the event we were attending at the Rose Bowl Stadium

Family gathering
Perfect location for our gathering. Plenty of space for meals and table games. We also hiked nearby the Jet Prop Lab and drive able to downtown and Hollywood sign.

Very nice stay
We enjoyed our stay here…as a group of friends they came together to attend the celebration of life of a dear friend, finding this place to stay together—share our tears, laughter, music, cooking and love was very special. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect and provided separate and joint space at the same time. It rained so we didn’t get to spend much time outside , but the yard and patios were beautiful. The driveway fit all our cars and felt very safe. We would highly recommend—it’s not one of Pasadena’s historic craftsman homes, but still a good, eclectic neighborhood close to the Arroyo for hiking, easy access to stores and other Pasadena highlights . The inside appeared recently remodeled and was super comfortable. A great place to gather with friends and family.

Sibling Reunion
This property was perfect for a reunion of our six siblings and our spouses. We were able to shop for groceries nearby, prepare meals or order from DoorDash, play games around the large dining table, and sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. The property was exactly as pictured on VRBO and was immaculately clean. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very Nice Home
We were very impressed with this home. It was very clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the places we needed to go. There were 8 of us, aged 18 to 88, and it was very comfortable for us all. I would book this home again.

Just what our family needed for our family wedding stay! Very clean. Room for everyone. Spacious kitchen. Bring your slippers- no carpets. Parking for 4 cars. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely consider a return if in the area.

Rose Bowl Champion!!!
My wife and I stayed in this beautiful and quiet 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that is a 4 mile walk to the Rose Bowl (we found out the distance from walking back after the game when we couldn't get an Uber)!!! The kitchen is first class and all of the beds are very comfortable. The owner is very responsible and I would definitely stay again!!!

Great home in quiet neighborhood
We rented this home for Christmas for us, my 3 kids and mom. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host was great. Would stay here again.

Nice house w/ quiet location
We were looking for a 4 bedroom in Altadena and this house worked out great. House was clean and recently renovated. House was fitted with everything we needed. Recommend adding towel bars in bathrooms, kitchen towels, replacing entry lock with newer easier to operate model and providing operating guide for TV.

Place was clean and spacious- great location
It was a great stay for family - quite neighborhood, a little bugs around the house and the backyard porch light went off and stayed off at 10:15pm the first night - couldn’t turn the lights back on - second night same incident - only at 915pm - eventually came back on after 30 min . Family felt we were being monitor by cameras - other than that - great place and fully stocked

Very nice accommodation
My friends and I got together for a reunion in LA and shared the Altadena house. It was clean and comfortable with an adequate amount of amenities (kitchen ware, towels, pillows, etc). The house is very spacious and comfortable and the layout allows for privacy and peace and quiet. My only notes for improvements would be: a propane grill vs a charcoal grill; safety railings in all bathroom showers (only some had them); and tv's in the bedrooms. But overall, the house was great and I would recommend it to people as a rental.

Perfect Place for Our Extended Family
The house was perfect for my family to stay during my daughter college graduation weekend. We had multigenerational family members with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very clean, no issues.

Great for families
Our stay was great and made traveling with a 10 month old very easy. We were very appreciative that we did not have to bring our own pack-n-play or highchair. The house was spacious and gave each family a space to retreat to. It is an a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the freeway.

Our family stayed here for a trip to universal studios. There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was great. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great location, bad for bugs…
For the Rose Bowl Parade or Game, the location was great, but the uninvited ants ruined the week. Not just a few, but trails of ants from the bathroom to the bedrooms and even in the beds. The list of rules were also a little overboard and overbearing.
