The only thing I would suggest is more ventilation in the bedrooms in the basement. Otherwise we really enjoyed the place! Also maybe a couple more options for dishes like serving trays for grilling and providing aluminum foil for guests.

Another Great Week

Always love having our work team stay here when in town. We love being together but having space to spread out. It's away from the business of the day but close to stores and restaurants when we want them. We will be back for sure.

Great Peaceful Location for our group

Another great week! We have stayed at this property many times when in town for business. Our team loves being together but also having some of their own space and being able to be able to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the day. Feels like being out in nature but still close to stores and restaurants. We will be back!

Lots of Wildlife Activity

We loved this place and property. We stayed in the area to hike around CVNP and it was perfect. We got lucky and did not have any one else staying near the adjacent properties. We were able to see deer, turkeys, hawks, and a giant possum walking around the rental. The back porch was perfect to watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. There were plenty of toiletries available. The place was super clean and that heat toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was not realizing the house is conjoined with another property. There is also what looks like another very small guest house that looks right at the hot tub. Again, there was no one else staying at either property while we stayed, but I did think how awkward it would be sitting in the hot tub staring at strangers or having to share the fire pit.

Thank you for the kind words! The guest house you're referring to facing the hot tub is a part of the listing that you have full access to with white tail run cabin. Its another 1 bedroom 1 bathroom!
