Welcome home! This newly renovated and furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Just steps away from the many amenities of Butler’s beautiful campus and a short drive to many downtown Indianapolis events and experiences. Hop onto the Central Canal Trail to the unique downtown Broad Ripple, historical Meridian District, Newfields Gardens and Museum, Holliday Park, and many other fun destinations!

Retreat to your spacious master suite or snuggle up in one of our two guest rooms. The first offers a cozy queen bed. The second offers you two twin beds. Down the hall you can play games or sit back and watch a movie on the wi-fi enabled smart TV. The sectional easily converts to a full sized bed for extra bed space. Kiddos will love the toys and games provided and baby can have a cozy safe sleep certified pack n play to sleep in.

Relax in tranquility with full access to this private single family home with a fully fenced large yard. Enjoy dinners under the trees in private or sip coffee on the front patio while you hear Butler University’s bell toll in the distance. Keyless entry puts you in charge of your arrival and departure, just show up and relax! Ample parking space in the driveway. There is an exterior camera at the front door for safety purposes.

Great location, good yard for our small dog, plenty of amenities in kitchen. Loved the access to greenway and beautiful Butler campus.

We highly recommend this adorable rental home! It was clean, pretty, and a great space for our family to stay. The host is quick to respond and very helpful for all of our needs.

Great stay!

I was very happy with everything! It was very clean. I appreciate all the special touches. It was clear that the host did their best to ensure the guest had a good experience. It was a perfect place to come with pets and with children. I will be planning to stay here again the next time I come to Indianapolis. Thank you!

Perfect for Butler University viait

Super cute with plenty of space. Everything you need for cooking and chilling out. Beds are super comfy and cozy. And across the canal for campus. Close to downtown. We would highly recommend for any reason you n ed to come to a Indianapolis.

The house is well decorated and newly renovated. The beds are relatively comfortable and the AC works well. Overall first impression of cleanliness was not great. The floors looked untouched by a cleaning crew. Within the first 15 minutes of being inside the home we found several large untouched spider webs, and throughout the weekend we found several spiders in the house. The house is extremely musty, and the wash machine has mold on the rim. Bathrooms, kitchen and other living spaces appeared to be cleaned quickly with no detail. The couch and rugs are heavily stained and require a deep clean, as well as appliances and high spaces.

After receiving your review, we conducted an additional inspection of the home and shared your concerns with our cleaning team. As our property is located in a wooded area, occasional spiders can sometimes find their way indoors despite regular pest control treatments, but we agree that spider webs should be removed before each arrival. We have also addressed your comments regarding the washing machine, furnishings, and other areas you mentioned to ensure our standards are met. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as guest feedback helps us continue improving the home for future visitors.

This place should be avoided. The host is completely unaware of how unclean their place is. The house smelled strongly of pet odors. The couch and rugs were stained or dirty. Closet doors were broken, and the house was generally unkempt. I would not recommend staying here at all. Make sure to read the reviews and notice how long the gap is between them. If people stay at this location, they’re leaving terrible reviews as well. Again, avoid this place—the description does not match reality.

We’re sorry to hear this guest was disappointed with their stay. Our home is professionally cleaned after each visit, and we take cleanliness very seriously. The property has consistently received excellent reviews and five-star ratings on other platforms, and we’re proud that most of our guests comment on how clean and comfortable it is. We immediately addressed the few minor maintenance items mentioned, though our team did not find evidence of the concerns described here. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us keep the home in great condition for future guests.

Overall was good. Host was good in communication. Inside was clean with plenty of towels. AC worked great. Close to lots of restaurants and the Children’s Museum and Zoo (the reason for our visit). However, outside left some things to be desired. Driveway was overgrown and the front patio furniture looked unsafe to sit on. The backyard was very spacious and shaded…which was great because it was hot. But the activities for the family (playhouse, trampoline, toys) were in bad shape. Also, there are two sheds and a very unstable looking shelter running the left side of the yard. Caving in roof and lots of debris. Didn’t feel comfortable letting our boys have free reign out there. Fire pit looked good, though we didn’t use it. Overall, not a bad experience. Don’t know if we’d stay again though with other properties available.
