My sister and I stayed here last year as well. Beautiful place! Very clean. Kitchen has everything you would need. Great places to eat nearby. Recommend Mad Anthony Brewing Company just around the corner. The Farmers Markets are amazing. We watched the sunset on the roof top. Only negative thing was the neighbors got a little loud overnight. Emily was a great host! Very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great spot to stay at. We loved the big wooden double front doors and the super high ceilings! The kitchen was big and very adequate. Even though it is right downtown it felt very private and we didn’t notice a lot of noise.

Beautiful Woodwork

Lovely stay. We were very comfortable. The woodwork for the doors and windows are absolutely beautiful. We would book again.

Getaway

Trip to Warsaw to see our daughter who is a Grace College student Loft is beautiful. Has a coffee shop on one side and a bakery on the other side Will stay again.

Having used verb at least a dozen times, I can say this is THE best experience ever. Property exceeding expectations, host was sooo accommodating, neighborhood was perfect, and parking was a breeze.

This is our second time to stay in the loft apartment. The proximity to Grace College is perfect. There is also a bakery and coffee shop downstairs. We had everything we needed in the apartment. I do cook a lot so the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of room and everything very clean. The space is beautiful

What a fabulous place! Perfect location for downtown Warsaw and all surrounding communities. The loft apartment has great space and amenities. Communication was excellent. Check in was easy. Cannot wait to return!

Spacious apartment with elevator access and close on street parking. Adjacent to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Highly recommend this location for business or pleasure accommodations in Warsaw and Winona Lake.

Fantastic rental

Super nice inside, easy street parking. Kitchen is huge plenty of room for whole family. The entire place is big. Luv the high ceilings!! Bathrooms are great and luv the plush towels . Beds were comfy too! Even has a rooftop patio. Bonus being around corner from great coffee shop!! We will be back when in the area.

Perfect location downtown

Historic building, don't be fooled by the old elevator and hallways that are not updated. When we first walked into the suite we were blown away. It this suite has been beautifully restored and has all the modern touches as well. Beds were comfortable and walking distance to almost everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was absolutely beautiful with the original woodwork and stained glass. Everything was extremely clean and the amenities provided went above and beyond the basics. Being next to cute shops, coffee shops and restaurants was amazing and a few blocks from the lake. Definitely recommend! We’ll be back!

The Loft

Close to my niece and central to the attractions we to visit. It also became our retreat when we needed to unwind. This place is beautiful.Thank you, Emily for making our stay.I hadn't seen my niece and nephew for 18 years. Now my niece is the mother of two boys. I have a boy 10 and a girl 8.What memories we have now.

Downtown hidden gem

This place is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. 12 foot ceilings, amazing trim, stained glass transom windows. We had our wedding reception two doors down at the 110 Craft Meatery and this was the perfect place to stay! The River coffee shop right next door and Anthology Whiskey room right around the corner. The rooftop outdoor space was neat, it was just too cold to use this time. We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown loft apartment. The space is large, comfortable, and full of character, with antique details and a great layout. The rooftop patio was a great place to view the city and to take pictures of sunrises and sunsets.Because the apartment was spacious and included a large dining room table, it was a perfect place to invite over a couple of family members to view family photos. (This was done with permission of the host.)The location is ideal. You are steps from restaurants, bars, and boutiques, and just a short walk to the lake. There is street parking by the building.PHEV drivers will appreciate that there are four chargers within walking distance. We used the two near the courthouse on Main St and never needed gas during our entire week in Warsaw.Overall, this loft is a fantastic place to stay — comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully located. We would absolutely return.
