Excellent space! Loved being right on the river, so peaceful. Brilliantly located. Enough room to spread out but also all come together and not feel crowded. Had 14 adults and 6 kids (ages 4mo in our group

Heaven on earth!!The house is breathtaking! 7 couples in town for a wedding and we all loved the house. Bob & Carole didn’t miss a single detail!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices, coffee/tea, every appliance you can think of! House was very clean! Something for everyone in this house. Once in a lifetime stay!!

One of the most stunning locations and home our family has stayed in. Bob and Carole were amazing hosts and we had every amenity you could imagine. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and scenery. Wonderful home for a large inter generational group. Will be back soon!

This place is great. It is so unique. Looking at all the antiques was so much fun. The house had so many things to do for everyone we really didn’t want to leave! There was plenty of space for everyone, wish we could have stayed longer and had time for games at the huge dining room tables. The river was so peaceful and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, truly a memorable occasion. Definitely a great place for a multi generational family reunion. Highly recommend.

So much to do and the house had everything a family could need. So many games. Ping pong. Shuffle board, great big barbecue grill, 2 laundries. Kitchens and beautiful in every way and only mi Ute from the. Town of Estes Oark

Our group of senior women celebrated our annual book club retreat at this amazing mountain lodge. The accommodations were most generous and quite spectacular.

This was the third time staying at the Fall River Lodge for our annual family vacation, you will find no better place that offers all the accommodations and amenities that the hosts Bob and Carole have arranged for their guests. We highly recommend the Lodge for anyone looking for a place that is located in the beautiful surroundings of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. P.S.  We love Fall River Lodge so much we'll be returning next year.

Beautiful place! The hosts were fantastic! We keep coming back here as there is no better place for my family in Estes Park! This is so close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park! The hosts have thought of everything!

We loved staying at the Lodge on Fall River. It was the perfect place for our group with comfortable living spaces, well equipped kitchens, lovely outdoor spaces with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed all the wildlife including elk, deer, rabbits, turkeys and bears! It was perfectly located just minutes from downtown and the RMNP. We loved it so much we have already booked it again. Bob and Carol were the perfect hosts.

Great house! Great location! Great Everything!

This was the perfect stay for our group! We absolutely love our time in and around the house! We would recommend it to anyone that has a larger group that needs to be altogether!
