Please Note: Ongoing property renovations are expected through December 2026. Guests may see or hear construction workers and experience construction noise during this time. The balcony for this unit will be closed from November 2 through November 23, 2026, while restoration work is completed on the building’s south stack. Guests will not have access to the balcony during this time.

Welcome to Majestic Sun #1008A, also known as Majestic Sun Fun, located in the Miramar Beach area of Destin, Florida. This elegant vacation rental can accommodate up to six guests and boasts a prime location with a full Gulf view.

The complex is across from the beach, which means a short stroll is all that separates you from the sandy shores of the Gulf. Quick but perfect getaway!

Host - southern vacation rental is really going down hill. We have stayed here in this same room for the last 5 years. Sofa is nasty and full of stains. Barely any linens in the master bedroom so we had to go buy our own blanket. Toilets aren’t flushing properly, balcony handle keeps falling off. And southern could not accommodate anything we asked. Early check in was a no and late check out was also a no - bc of the housekeepers who must not know how to clean a condo..

Room was clean and location is great. The room is right by the elevator so there were a few loud nights that caused some sleeping issues. Outside of that the place was amazing.

It was as listed. Handy to elevators, short walk to the beach, in the middle of restaurants and shopping. We loved the beautiful view of the Gulf and beach from our balcony. Thanks for making our stay ai Miramar Beach an amazing experience.

It's very dirty. Pans pulled out we dirty with food on them. Silverware was put away really dirty. Shelves we dirty couldn't put anything on them. Furniture is terrible. Couch is dirty and the sleeper sofa part of the couch is hard so basically no where to sit.

This was a very nice property with nice amenities, but it was not insulated well and being located near the elevator was extremely noisy. Between the plumbing and elevator there was an excessive amount of noise. One improvement also would be to share more of the codes to get in and out of the property and for the fitness center. We were only given the code to our room and had to ask other guests for the codes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was absolutely adorable, very clean, and the view was fantastic. The walk to the beach was short and easy, which made it perfect for going back and forth with beach gear during the day. We also appreciated the option for early check-in for 60 — it was nice to be able to get settled in a little sooner.The only minor inconvenience was that the elevators in the parking garage were a bit hit or miss. At times they weren’t working, which isn’t ideal when you’re hauling luggage and beach gear.The biggest downside for us was the couch/pull-out sofa. It might work fine for kids, but as an adult it was extremely uncomfortable. My friend actually woke up sore and started dreading going to bed. If you’re planning for two couples and someone will need to use the pull-out, I would probably reconsider.That said, if it were just my husband and me using the main bed, I would absolutely stay here again. The condo itself was charming, the location was great, and we really did enjoy our trip.

The view was perfect! The pools were great. Just a short walk to the beach or pool. The cleanliness of the condo could've been better. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't up to my level of clean.
