Welcome to our stylish and charming home, perfectly situated near the Fall Creek in a prime spot between Indianapolis’ lively downtown and the iconic state fairgrounds. Combining elegance with convenience, our home offers a comfortable retreat for every guest.
- Prime Location: Perfectly positioned near the renowned Monon Trail, this home is centrally located between the lively Bottleworks District (Downtown Indy) and the historic Indiana State Fairgrounds, making it an ideal base for experiencing the city’s best attractions, dining, and events.
- Timeless Charm: Originally built in 1910 and thoughtfully renovated, our home blends classic elegance with modern comforts. Carefully selected furnishings, tasteful decor, and intricate details create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
- Roomy and Relaxing: With four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Unwind in the cozy living room or host a memorable meal in the sophisticated dining area. (Note: All bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.)

The Monon Yard Neighborhood is nestled between the waters of Fall Creek, the Monon trail and further bound by College Avenue, 25th and 30th Streets. A once industrial hub for the Monon and Nickel Plate rail roads is now an expanding neighborhood with historic home renovations and new urban residential construction.

Welcome to our home, friend!
The two Roku-powered smart TV's will be in Guest Mode when you arrive. Simply input your checkout date when you first turn it on, and any login information / history will be deleted after you checkout. You will be able to log into any of the apps that you have at home without worry of anyone accessing it afterward!
Kitchen is stocked with coffee / supplies, food seasoning, glasses / cups, dinnerware, silverware, and cooking equipment, and there is a gas grill in the back. Feel free to use any and all of it to your liking during your stay.
The rock wall is in the second bedroom in the hall. The boulder "problems" (routes) are color-coded and are arranged in difficulty through the rainbow, with blue being easiest and red being hardest. Climb at your own risk, and have fun!
If you need any extra twin mattresses / bedding, or extra towels, you'll find all of that in the hallway closet on the 2nd floor. You'll also find extra bathroom supplies in the bathrooms themselves.
