Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

The screened porch offers the ideal place to gather for happy hour on the porch and offers a cozy spot for outdoor dinner, grilling out, an evening nightcap or simply taking in the incredible sunsets.

The Blue Heron offers a spacious main floor primary suite appointed with a King bed and luxury linens, plus incredible ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find 3 additional bedrooms with two bathrooms and a bonus lounge space to enjoy game night or extra space for the kids to spread out. Stack washer/dryer is also located on the second level. Additional features include high speed internet with whole home Wifi, Smart flat screen TVs in every room, and outdoor grill.

You're just a short walk or bike ride away from Moreland Landing, The Moreland Treehouse and Moreland Dock for fishing and boating excursions. Plus you're just steps from the Moreland fire-pit, The Canteen and Cole's restaurants, Lake Bales and the walking & biking trails that wind along breathtaking tidal creeks.

Not only will you enjoy all there is to do in Moreland Village, you're just 3 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around fire pit.
