Our charming home features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Each room features plush, hospitality-quality mattresses, pillows, and linens ensuring a rejuvenating sleep for every guest. Room-darkening curtains or shades and extra blankets are provided for added coziness.

Choose from a convenient first-floor king suite or the upstairs king and queen bedrooms, perfect for families and groups seeking a variety of sleeping arrangements. For your entertainment, both king bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

Upstairs, you'll also discover a unique open loft-style sleeping area, complete with two comfortable full beds and a spacious closet, offering a fun and flexible space for kids or additional guests. This layout caters to diverse needs, ensuring everyone finds their perfect spot to unwind after a day of Mohican adventures.

Our well-appointed bathrooms provide both convenience and luxury. Find a full bathroom on each floor, featuring large, refreshing showers stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for your comfort. A conveniently located half-bathroom on the first floor also houses a washer and dryer, allowing for easy laundry during your stay.

Prepare memorable meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need from cookware and bakeware to knives, spices, and a blender, perfect for gatherings with friends and family.

Adjacent, the dining room offers a stunning setting with vaulted ceilings and picturesque wooded views, creating an inviting space for shared meals and lively game nights. With a dining table that comfortably seats eight and a kitchen island with seating for four, there's ample room for everyone to gather!

LIVING SPACES
Unwind and enjoy diverse entertainment options in our inviting common living spaces. The dedicated game room promises hours of fun with shuffleboard, foosball, and classic arcade games, perfect for all ages.

For relaxation, choose between the front living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, workstation, electric fireplace, and mini-library, or the main living room with its cozy seating and 50" smart TV. All common spaces were designed with groups in mind.

OUTSIDE SPACE
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the home also provides its own outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The back patio is a culinary haven, boasting a Blackstone griddle and PI pizza oven, alongside a Solo Stove smokeless fire pit complete with provided firewood and roasting sticks. A hillside swing offers a tranquil spot for morning coffee.

Meanwhile, the front porch provides comfortable seating and picturesque views of the Mohican River, where you can enjoy watching canoes drift by.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Nestled along the Ohio scenic byway "Wally Road" our property offers a prime location for exploring the best of the Mohican area. Enjoy river views from the front porch and easy access to outdoor adventures: just 3 miles to canoeing, 5 minutes to downtown Loudonville, and less than 10 minutes to Mohican State Park and its attractions. Plus, find beaches, marinas, and ski slopes within a short drive, making this an ideal base for year-round recreation.

PARKING
While there is free parking on-site, the driveway can comfortably fit a maximum of 4 vehicles.

PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs, maximum of 50lbs each, for $35/dog/night (up to a one week stay). **If you have more than 2 dogs, exceed the 50lb weight limit, or are staying longer than one week, please request. We approve on a case-to-case basis.

STAIRS
There are 5 steps to enter the front door of the property. Inside, there is a flight of stairs to get to 3 of the 4 bedrooms on second floor.

LONG STAYS
Any stay over 14 nights will require weekly housekeeping to change linens, restock, clean bathrooms and general areas. This will be $125 fee/clean and coordinated with guest after booking!

EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
