Location was fantastic. Close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge that made for easy drives into town. The responsiveness and communication with the host was unmatched - couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and all of the kids definitely want to come back and stay again at this fun getaway!

Planned my 60th birthday with my daughters, grandchildren and close friends and could not be more pleased. Host was extremely helpful, cabin with Robin Hood theme was amazing. Pool, hot tub and basketball court icing on the cake. I have to say one of the coolest things was the wild life right outside the door loved it.

Very clean and really cool looking cabin on the inside. Worst part was the spiral staircase that goes upstairs. Very rough to go up and down them. Host was very responsive.

Neverland was a magical experience for my 7/8 year old nieces! We did a treasure hunt our first night which was a fun event for the kids to use their imagination and explore the cabin. We all loved taking dips in the pool and hot tub between trips to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and we loved the attention to detail with the theme! At dusk we got to see a few bears from up high on the deck which was a perfect way to see them. If you are looking for a theme, tucked in the woods but still very close to downtown I highly recommend this one!

The cabin was gorgeous and the host was wonderful. We were able to have our fur babies and were welcomed to a clean home ready to stay the weekend. We got to enjoy the beautiful mountains and memories made at Neverland. Definitely recommend staying and hopefully we’ll be back soon!!

We’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for my daughter’s birthday for the past few years at her request, and this cabin was by far our favorite! We loved the Netherlands-themed décor, especially as Disney fans. Every room having its own bathroom was such a plus — we had 8 people and a pet, and it never felt crowded. The cabin was very clean and private, tucked away just enough to feel off to itself. I would highly recommend this cabin and can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We had the best time at the cabin and definitely plan to return again! Every lil detail was thought of and the space was wonderful!

The cabin was just as listed. My family loved the attention to detail for the Neverland theme. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean. The cabin was easy to find and close to many attractions.

Secluded and Near everything

The family loved the cabin and asked to book it next year. We had plenty of privacy and enjoyed the sunrise during our stay. Amazing place.

It was a great stay! Decor and theme were topnotch. Stairs to upstairs are pretty tight would be tough if someone add mobility issues. Communication with host was quick. Definitely don’t trust your gps if it says to get there via boogertown rd.

Loved it!

Clean and minutes from town yet still so peaceful. Loved everything about our stay. The one and only downfall was that we didn’t have a BBQ pit.

Really cool cabin for kids!!

Really nice brand new cabin with a huge deck and decorated really neat for the kids. Was great for 2 families with a total of 5 kids. Location is perfect!!

House very clean. Great mattress’ and pillows. Bed too high needs steps. I missed the description about there being 12-15 steps to the front door. Not good for me. It was cute but not practical. Sliding doors to bathroom and bedroom. Sliding doors don’t give privacy! No counter tops to put make up on, clothes on, bag, etc. but there a cute round sink bowl. My bathroom had no mirror over sink. Big mirror on the wall next to sink but no good lighting. Needs more cooking pans, containers and utensils. The oven cooks fast. Lighting outside needs more. At night it is dark. No light in parking area. Motion light at top of stairs and light at bottom. Front door is difficult to lock. 2 days we just left it unlocked. Could never get it locked. Last day checking out we got it locked by shaking the door. Bolt is hard to get in slot. Put instructions on the door. The code is too long. No lighting at Hot Tub.Bathroom to the left, sink is leaking. Noticed water 2 times on the floor. My 2 grandchildren, 10 and 11 thought it was wonderful (it had a pool). They only got to swim but one hour for 3 days. This is my thoughts and opinions.

Great getaway spot.

The house was perfect. We were in town for our son's wedding. Exact amount of space that we needed while the bride's family was right next door. Close to local attractions

Family weekend

Me and my family loved this cabin we went up for a weekend and it was beautiful drive to the cabin. The cabin is so beautiful I loved the Nederland theme. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The drive to all the attractions in pigeon forge was easy and very beautiful overall i would rate this cabin a 10/10 stars. I would recommend this cabin to anybody!!!
