We stayed here for bouckville antique fair and had such a great time. The house is so nice and our breakfast pastries were so good! The local neighborhood is very cute too and fun to walk around. We definitely plan on staying here again next time we’re in town.

Very quaint residence with nice amenities. Great for visits to Colgate - only a 7 minute drive! Even has an exercise bike.

The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. Also, very convenient to Colgate University where I needed to go for an event. The fresh baked muffins in the morning were a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this house.

This property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Nicole was very nice to deal with and the treats that appeared on the table in the morning were delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay during Colgate's parents weekend. The house is spacious and exquisitely clean, and in a good location. Nicole was a great host, very communicative and providing great hospitality with freshly baked scones each morning. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great location and very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, house was well maintained, comfortable and plenty of room for my husband, myself and my son. 5-10min from Colgate. Would love to stay here again!

"Spacious" is an understatement. We were surprised that we had basically a whole house to ourselves. The accommodations were very good, including large bedrooms, ample linens, and clear communication from Nicole. I would definitely return and recommend this home!

A fabulous stay

Highly recommend! Lovely colonial home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Just down the road from Colgate University, about a 5 minute drive to campus. Stayed here for 7 days while working on campus. Spacious and quiet, it was perfect!

Great for Colgate Reunion

We had a wonderful visit. The space was welcoming, roomy, and had everything we needed!we loved the fresh baked surprises for breakfast. Delicious blueberry muffins, then great cranberry scones. These made breakfast in the porch delightful.Would definitely stay again when returning to visit Colgate!!

Clean & Comfy Historical Home

Features a welcoming environment inside & out in a small village. Nice pet-friendly space for couples or a small family. Owners responded quickly & will wash the dishes since there is not a kitchen sink in the guest suite.

The house was lovely, and we enjoyed the freshly baked scones. Note: While you don't have access to the full kitchen, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and a mini-fridge is available. Within walking distance, there's a pub called Huff Brau that offers great food with generous portions.

Above expectations!

This home feels like a tradtional upscale B&B. The rooms a beautiful. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable reunion weekend. When my friend's husband wanted a break from the activities, he had a comfortable living room where he could relax.The morning muffins and breakfast treats were fresh and better than you expect in a VRBO. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

Exceeded all expectations

I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden.
