Southern Charmer 1/2 mile from downtown Oxford!

Fall in love with this adorable home only 1/2 mile to downtown Oxford. Our cozy cottage has a fabulous location for a fun-filled weekend at Ole Miss. Newly constructed in 2020, this one level, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath southern charmer has everything your group could want for an unforgettable college town visit. Each of the three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom and walk in closet. An open floor plan opens the kitchen to the den into one large space, great for entertaining. Shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and huge center island make this kitchen excellent for cooking for a crowd and an excellent gathering space. Our house is a short walk, only two streets over from Harrison’s Bar featuring a large outdoor space and live music. Walkable to all things OXFORD! 1.1 mile to the Grove, 1.1 mile to Swayze baseball field, 1.5 mile to Vaught-Hemingway Football stadium. Furniture update July 2024, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. We have made an extra sleeping space out of our office, with a queen bed across hall from 1/2 bath. New fire pit in backyard. Firewood not included.

Lovely home in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Can’t think of anything we needed that we didn’t have. Would love to stay there again.

Our favorite place that we have stayed at and will definitely check here first before reserving another VRBO when visiting our daughter. The home is absolute perfection.

Perfect location & size!

This house is super cute and really spacious. We loved that we could walk to the square and not worry about parking during graduation weekend. Great spot!!

This house was beautiful and perfect for our football weekend getaway with a group of friends. Great location-close to everything but also tucked away at the end of the street with a nice front porch and fire pit area in backyard. Our host was very responsive and made restaurant and shopping recommendations. Highly recommend!

Charming House Close to Town

This house was perfect for our family! It is beautifully decorated and very clean! The house’s proximity to the town of Oxford was great, just a short walk to coffee, shopping, and dinner. It is very spacious and provided plenty of room for our group of 7 people. Highly recommend this charming house close to town!

Beautiful Home!

Amy was a joy to work with and her home was equally as wonderful. The house was immaculate both inside and out. The beds were so comfortable and we really appreciated how each guest had their own full bathroom. We had every amenity we could think of, plus more. Easily walkable to town on a picturesque street.

The best home away from home!

We love this property so much. We immediately rebooked. It’s super clean. The host had excellent communication and responded quickly. The location is perfect. The house had many personal touches that we loved and made our visit even more special. This is the type of property I would love to buy if the owner ever decided to part with it.

The host was quick to respond to all messages. The amenities were superior. The house was stocked with all the things…towels, paper products, cups, updated bathrooms, and all the appliances on the market! The location is superb as it is within walking distance ( 5 minutes) to the Square. It was unseasonably cold for our stay, so the outdoor fire pit was a winner! This is the sweetest little house, located in the buzz of activity, and drenched in “Ole Miss” charm.

This house and stay were great for my family. The location was perfect: literally an 8-minute walk to the square; it was quiet and felt safe. The house itself was clean and very nice.Two things to call out: the items in the house for us to use were of nice quality. For example, the towels were really soft, nice, and thick rather than thin and cheap. That was the case throughout the house - really well appointed. The second item was the host, Amy; she was very communicative with me, which I appreciated - she made it really simple for us. We will stay here next time we visit Oxford.
