Take a short stroll to the main house for pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, mini-golf, and a BBQ island. Ideal for 2 guests, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 with a queen-sized sofa bed. Experience the beauty of nature and comfort on our picturesque property. A truly unique and tranquil retreat getaway!
Immerse yourself in tranquility at our charming 1-bed, 1-bath Vineyard Cottage. Tucked away amidst lush avocado groves, this idyllic retreat offers a peaceful haven complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a screened porch that overlooks our scenic vineyard. Just a leisurely stroll away, guests can enjoy access to the main house amenities including a refreshing pool, relaxing jacuzzi, inviting fire pit, delightful mini-golf course, and a convenient BBQ island. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape, the cottage also accommodates up to 4 guests with the queen-sized sofa bed. Whether you're unwinding indoors or exploring the natural beauty of our picturesque property, our Vineyard Cottage promises a truly unforgettable and serene getaway experience.
We're reachable via text or phone call throughout your stay. As we reside in the main house on the property, please feel free to contact us if you'd like to use the spa located there. Kindly notify us at least one hour in advance, and we'll ensure the spa is heated for your enjoyment. Please note, there's an additional $25 fee for two hours of spa heating due to the high propane costs. Please be aware that we do not heat the pool.

Surrounded by neighbors who also boast expansive properties spanning acres, tranquility and natural beauty abound in every direction. Explore the serenity of our picturesque surroundings, where verdant hillsides and expansive vistas offer a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
For convenient transportation options during your stay, we recommend utilizing a personal vehicle or rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, ideal for navigating our rural hillside location. With limited public transportation in our area, having your own vehicle or utilizing ride-hailing services ensures seamless exploration of nearby attractions and scenic destinations. Please note that our elevated position atop the hills offers breathtaking views but may require additional travel time to reach nearby amenities.
The pool, spa, mini-golf, BBQ island, and fire pit are situated at the main house and are shared amenities accessible to guests staying in both the main property and the Serene Guest House. Additionally, our Serene Guest House is available for booking, accommodating larger groups. When booking both the Serene Guest House and the Serene Vineyard Cottage, the combined maximum capacity is 12 guests. The Serene Guest House accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, while the Serene Vineyard Cottage Escape accommodates a maximum of 4.
House Rules:
* Smoking and vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
* Pets are not allowed on the premises. However, if this rule is violated, a $250 pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning.
* All guests must be registered guests.
* Additional guests beyond the first two are $50 per person per day.
* Please park only on the driveway and avoid blocking the grove roads.
* Respect our neighbors' privacy and refrain from loud noise or disturbances.
* Kindly adhere to the designated quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
* Dispose of all kitchen trash by placing it in the outdoor trash bin located on the back porch near the laundry closet.
* Place used towels in the laundry baskets provided.
* Run any dirty dishes in the dishwasher; we provide dishwasher cubes and dish soap for your convenience.
* Before checking out, ensure all lights, air conditioners, and heaters are turned off, and lock all doors upon departure.
Security Cameras:
We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and our property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the outdoor perimeter of the house. They are on at all times. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Addition information:
This property is located in a rural area with natural wildlife. It is possible, but not likely, to see coyotes, rabbits, skunk, possum, squirrel, mice, rats, snakes, lizards, vermin, raccoons, feral cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnB's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
