Welcome to Bibi’s Place. It’s just minutes from NYC. Enjoy your own space, home away from home. Close enough to NYC, still far enough to enjoy a quiet and cozy home in the suburbs. You’ll have your own private bedroom, with dedicated bathroom and entrance. Enjoy the complimentary coffee bar or wine bar (non-alcohol) on us during your stay along with a Mini Ice Maker. Have a fur baby? We have accommodations for them as well, along with treats. Why not be our guest? We’d love to have you!
The space
A beautiful, cozy, very calming, clean and elegant 1 bedroom with full bathroom and dedicated entrance. Perfect for any adventure in New York with great outdoor and relaxing views. Excellent for a business trip, a couples get away, or just a home away from home.
Guest access
Basement room (via patio), basement bathroom. Feel free to utilize patio area, and grill. Just clean up after yourself.

Laundry room off limits unless previously authorized to use.

Parking available on property to guests for an additional $15 per stay, up to 3 days. $30 per stay up to 7 days. (Must be pre-arranged prior to arrival of stay.)

It was great experience. It’s like a hotel suite with everything you need. Berenice and her family were kind and helpful, she always responded to my questions. You also can’t beat the price for the area, it’s central to so much!

Beautiful area

It was nice and clean. Great neighborhood and just would like the bed to be bigger but not a big deal. It was very nice to stay there.

This was a good place for what we needed. Very clean room, bathroom, great water pressure in the shower.

This little apartment was perfect for our weekend away! The host thought of everything we might need, including a reserved parking spot in the driveway, since it's on a cul de sac and after parking can be tricky nearby. The apartment was immaculately clean and fresh smelling, with the softest, fluffiest towels and bed linens I've ever experienced in any rental property! The bathroom is well outfitted, and having a mini fridge and microwave was great for the few leftovers or odds and ends we needed for breakfasts. The bed was comfy, and the fact that the unit is underground made it perfect for people like us who want to sleep in complete darkness! We only wish we could stay longer to enjoy the beautiful backyard patio in the shade of the old growth trees. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing photos. The bed, shower, amenities, and convenient location were all great. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. We were unable to access the unit until after 7 PM despite a 3 PM check-in because the host was apparently unaware of our arrival. The unit is also a basement space, which meant noise from upstairs was disruptive to sleep early in the morning. On our first morning there, a cleaner barged into the unit without knocking while we were still in bed. The host was apologetic over these mishaps and granted a late checkout, but we ultimately had to go through VRBO to receive a partial refund. I’m disappointed because the space itself had potential, but the stay did not feel worth the cost.

Excellent host and an excellent location for exploring Yonkers and NYC. You must be comfortable with a basement stay to book as there are no windows and a steep stairs going to the location. That said, the host was excellent and the shower was amazing. The outdoors area was nice with tall trees and table seating for lunch or dinner. Recommended for those who can adjust to a basement stay. Good value for the money.
