Enjoy this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 5,300 square foot house that overlooks the valley of the Pecatonic River and the ATV Trails. The spacious 3 car garage and 9 parking spots in the driveway will allow you to part all of your vehicles and the space to bring all of your ATV/UTV's that you'll need to have your fun in the country. The walk out 2 story deck with gas fireplace and 8 person hot tub are the perfect way to end your fun-filled day. The house is fully-furnished and has all of the accomodations that you will need to have the peaceful adventure that you are looking for! Sleeps 12 comfortably as there is a pull out couch that turns into a double bed.

The property was gorgeous. Everything was perfect, weather, accommodations. We enjoyed riding the trail on our UTV's. The fish at Fayette Saloon Rut-Rohs was awesome as recommended by Melissa. This was a perfect weekend for our group, we loved the hot tub, ping pong and air hockey after fish on Friday night. Thank you againfor everything.

Stayed at this property with my bridal party during my wedding weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT for us. Ample room, well-stocked kitchen, exceptionally clean and host, Melissa, was very easy to work with. We’ve already all agreed to stay again next time we are in the area. Thanks again!!

The House is AMAZING and the host is too! We rented the house for our son's wedding. The house was very clean and was well stocked. Michelle even had a few beverages for us to celebrate with on our arrival. Her communication was prompt and welcoming and I knew she would be available if we had any issues (which we did not).Highly recommend the property if you have a large group looking for a luxurious place to base your activities!

We rented the house with a few other parents for UW Platteville graduation weekend. It was perfect for all of us! 20 minutes to campus. Plenty of room to host a potluck dinner. Host was super easy to work with and answered questions very promptly.

We had a great time. The host was super accommodating. The place was centrally located for our side by side cruise. There was plenty of room to park our trailers and cars for the stay. Hot tub was a great way to wind down the day. Our only problem was most of the beds were very low to the ground and for us 70 plus quests we found it difficult to get out of bed for our frequent trips to the toilet...lol Highly recommend this place. It is almost perfect for everything you want to do. Great job Mellissa!

The house did not disappoint. Large enough for five couples. Yard was large for outdoor activities. Deck was large with great views. Kitchen was spacious.

Birthday wishes with great views

Our stay was wonderful, relaxing, the hot tub was extra special to chit chat. Was very nice weekend for playing cards and broad games. The views from the kitchen table are fantastic. Driving around this time of the year is so enjoyable.

We booked the house with 4 other couples for a weekend of SxS riding. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our party of 10. The view from the house was very relaxing. We enjoyed the large kitchen, grilling, and evenings on the deck. We were able to park the SxS inside the garage. The neighbors were friendly. Melissa the host was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would book another stay!

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our weekend trip! We had four families (adults and kids), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The wide-open layout was amazing—there’s so much space for the kids to play and for everyone to relax together. The open-concept kitchen and living area were perfect for our group since we always seem to gather in the kitchen, and this setup exceeded all expectations. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the UTV trails right next to the house made it even better.Most importantly, the host was incredible—quick to respond, super friendly, and very helpful. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Perfect place & Location

We rented the place for a UTV trail ride with 5 couples total. There was plenty of parking for our 4 trucks and trailers. There was still plenty of parking if we would have needed it. The home itself was huge and very spacious. We each had our own bedroom with own bathroom. There was plenty of room and seating for everyone. Plenty of additional stuff that was provided upon check in. The owner was way easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and great to work with. Thank you!!

Melissa was amazing. She bought us a brand new high chair for our grandchild because there wasn’t one at the house. She was a A on everything!!! Highly recommend BEAUTIFUL views!!!
