The home boasts a nautically-themed interior which leads to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The main home has three large bedrooms and a pull out sofa for up to 8 guests. The Pool house is across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Our waterfront home sits on 9 beautifully landscaped acres in a quiet gated community. There is also a dock available to those that wish to bring boats or simply want to watch one of Florida's breathtaking sunrises in the morning.
Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime where the only thing you have to worry about is whether you want to relax in the Pool or soak in the Hot tub. No matter what you choose, there is ample seating surrounding the screened in pool for plenty of family and friends. For those looking for more of a hands on Florida experience, be sure to try out the beach volleyball court which is located right by the bay side, or for the competitive side of you, try out the pickleball court.
As you drive into the property you will see the 9 meticulously landscaped acres that the houses sit on, where you will see anything from Royal Palms to Mango trees.
The entire house will be yours to use. Included with this house are the pool and hot tub and, as mentioned previously, you will also have access to the various amenities located throughout the property, such as the volleyball court, pickle ball court, pavilion, gazebos, and dock space. Please note, the pickle ball court is shared with the property owners who live in a third home on the 9 acre property.

Our neighborhood is a quite gated community with about 30 homes. Not many locals even know our neighborhood is here. We are located right on the water of Bay St. Lucie with great sunrise views. A boat launch is near by for guests with their own boat.

Our property is the largest private estate in Port St. Lucie. Beautiful tropical landscape with walking paths, butterfly gardens and gazebos throughout the estate. A Pickleball court was recently added for the competitive guests or those that want to learn a new activity. A Beach volleyball court right alongside the water and a pavilion make it feel like you have your own park and its all yours to enjoy. The pool is heated year round to 86 degrees and relaxing in the spa overlooking the water is amazing.
This is said to be by many past guests a vacation destination. You don't have to leave to have a great time with family and friends. But Port St Lucie has many things to do like Fishing, golfing, beaches, New York Mets spring training or St. Lucie Mets games throughout the baseball season. There are also a lot of amazing restaurants to visit, a community park just a mile up the road and Shopping.
