Renovated like new ! Beautiful well-decorated, three bedroom, three bath, beachfront Condo in Turtle Dunes building of exclusive gated Amelia Island Plantation. Large upscale end unit is approx 2,000 square feet. Most importantly, great ocean view, beach, and pool each within 50 yards.

This Non-Smoking Condo is the best of both worlds... Great view of the beach from your private back patio while getting quick access to both parking as well as the beach and pool. This is ground floor...so no messing with elevators....perfect for those with children, or with an elderly grandparent. Perfect for a vacationing family or group. Walkover to beach is wheelchair-friendly.

Master suite has king-size bed, second has queen, and third has two twins. Each Bedroom is really a suite- attached to large bath. Living room has sofa- not a fold out it would certainly work for a seventh. More photos and a quicktime slideshow available by e-mail.

Living room,dining room, and all three bedrooms have 10 foot ceilings, and are nicely appointed. Recently updated bathroom,recarpeted all three bedrooms, and upgraded ceiling fans. Not your typical beach rental.

We are within the luxurious confines of Amelia Island Plantation, just a few miles south of the Ritz Carlton. The Plantation is Georgia Headquarters during Georgia-Florida weekend!

While parking is free, please note that during peak periods parking is now limited to one car per unit. Second and third cars can be parked across the street.

Beautiful condo at beautiful Amelia Island

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful and spacious with all we could need. The location was amazing - just a few short steps to the beach and pool. Lovely views and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend!

Best location to beach and pool ever!

The location of this rental is the best part! 30 seconds to the pool and 1 minute to the beach! Ground floor with easy in and out! Very clean.

Very comfortable condo with a spacious terrace with direct views of the ocean. Nicely outfitted kitchen. We all had a good time!

Wonderful 50th getaway

We found the apartment to be quite spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities that you would need to cook at home, which we did!! the view to the ocean from the patio was epic and to be able to walk on the beach just from the patio was our favorite part. Secluded in nature, it was very peaceful and serene. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to future rentals but in the summer when it’s not so cold.!

Short get away

The accommodations were exactly as they were described. The unit was well appointed and close to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. We had never stayed on that end of the island before and we didn't find nearly as many sharks teeth as the other end of the beach closer to town, but that had nothing to do with our rental experience. We were very satisfied and the owner worked to help us accommodate some last minute changes in our schedule. We would gladly stay here again.

Awesome Condo

Our group reserved this condo for the Ga/Fl game. The condo has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bath. It has a large kitchen. We didn't cook much while we were there but it seemed to be well stocked. It is on the ground floor so very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The only drawback was we had to pick up keys at a separate location because they didn't have a combination lock. This could change in the future. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious condo on the beach

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view too. We give David's condo a "big thumbs up" but not Vacasa (the rental agency) The rental agency gave us the wrong directions to the condo and the key they gave us didnt work to get in. Wasted 1 &1/2 hour trying to get in because of their errors.

Great property and fantastic unit!

Pool was closed due to construction, but we were made aware of the situation before booking, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Otherwise, amazing property, location and condo unit!

Great location!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect being ground floor and close to beach/pool. We rented a golf cart and never had to leave the island only when we first arrived for a grocery run. We will rent again!

Wanted place with great beach access...most of the rentals we had before had to use elevators.

We chose Amelia over Gulf/Destin area because of ease of location, and it was much more beautiful and less touristy!
