Bienvenido a su casa en San Diego!

Linda casita de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en University Avenue, en la animada zona de College Area de San Diego. Esta casa ofrece más de 800 pies cuadrados de espacio cuidadosamente diseñado con aire acondicionado central y acabados modernos. La cocina está completamente equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, utensilios y baterías de cocina, y la sala de estar cuenta con un televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas y un sofá cama. Un dormitorio incluye dos camas individuales (≈100 × 190 cm), mientras que el principal tiene una cama grande tipo queen (≈150 × 200 cm).

Disfrute de dos baños completos: uno con bañera/ducha tradicional y el otro con una moderna ducha tipo lluvia. La casa también cuenta con lavadora y secadora LG para mayor comodidad durante su estadía.

La propiedad incluye un estacionamiento techado y cerrado con control remoto codificado, además de estacionamiento adicional en la calle University Ave. La entrada al patio delantero está protegida con código, brindando mayor tranquilidad.

Lovely house close to SDSU. Very clean and comfortable, parking right in back of the house, and an adorable fenced in front yard. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect for my family of five! David, the host, provided a helpful welcome guide with codes and information to make check in easy and efficient. I was most impressed with how David provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay and how quickly he responded to questions. The home was comfortable and enough space for my family of five to relax and enjoy. Thank you, David, for a wonderful experience!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and made our trip easy and enjoyable. The home has just been remodled and is very cozy inside. The property manager iswas great to work with. We will definitely stay here again

Home was perfect for our family of four, the only negative was the multiple codes needed to get in and out of the property and the garage parking situation was interesting but better than the street parking. Home is also conveniently located a mile from Walmart or Target and short drives to popular tourist destinations. The area seemed relatively safe due to the gated property. I enjoyed sitting out front during the day/night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—which we truly appreciated.Our host, David, went above and beyond by welcoming us with a lovely bottle of wine, instantly making us feel at home. Those thoughtful touches really made the experience special.The location is perfect—very close to downtown San Diego and San Diego State University, with great food options within walking distance, including a pizza place and El Tío Restaurant for authentic Mexican street tacos (a must!).Parking was secure, and our absolute favorite spot was the front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood vibe.

David is a really great host and communicate well and often. We ran into an issue with water for over 24 hrs but he was attentive and got us everything we needed. This was an unforseen event and though I was worried at first, David persistence to resolve was great to see.

Clean house

When we got to San Diego we kind of got lost looking for the house called the owner and he replied quickly. He is very accommodating! The house is nice and clean. I highly recommend this place we will definitely come back to this place.

Decent

Was glad there was a parking spot in the back behind a gate. However, there was a gate to enter the front property where we were staying. But despite attempting to reach out to the owner thru the preferred way, nogate code was provided.

This house was as described and very satisfactory. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The home was clean and comfortable with a beautifully upgraded bathroom. It is in close proximity to downtown San Diego and was an easy drive to get back and forth. My overall experience has no complaints and I was very satisfied and would recommend this property for a small family. My suggestion to the host would be to potentially make a small visual map for the guests to see, to better understand how to get in to the property and know where to park. I would also state in the description that the laundry at your home is in a separate locked area and requires payment to use. I did choose this property because it was on the last leg of our vacation and I was hoping to go home with clean clothes.I overall had a great time and would come back if ever in the area.

David was an excellent host, he was very responsive and helpful, and the house was very clean and inviting! The house was in a perfect location, everything we wanted or needed or did was within a 10-20 min. drive. There was complimentary coffee, tea and wine waiting for us at the house! The rainfall shower head was amazing and relaxing.

Excellent house, perfectly suited to our vacation needs. Great communication with the host, smooth check-in procedure. Location was great and convenient for our travel. There was a great deal of construction on the street making entry/leaving awkward but that was just unlucky timing. 100% Recommended. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We stayed as a family of 4. The bedroom set up was perfect with 2 twin beds for our kids. The property was as described and very clean. I had been concerned about noise as it faces a busy street, but it was perfectly quiet at night. Most everywhere we wanted to go was a 15 - 20 min drive from the property. I spoke to David during our check in process and he checked in on how we were doing the next day. However, we stayed 4 nights and I was not able to reach David after day 2. I messaged him via the app and via text regarding check out instructions and an issue we were having with parking access and didn’t hear anything back. Fortunately we didn’t have a major problem but it was odd to me to hear nothing from the host.

I chose this neighborhood because it is central in the San Diego area and especially SDSU, where I plan to attend next semester. It is conveniently located by the big 3 highways of San Diego; the 8, 805 and 94.
The area is rich with delicious food spots and local parks to walk.
