Apartment was perfectly equipped, aesthetically pleasing, every need a guest might have was already anticipated and it was centrally located.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was our second time visiting Oaxaca and having a home for two weeks so close to the Centro made it convenient and fun. Despite it being in the Centro, there are no bars or restaurants right next to the property making it quiet on the weekend nights. Bed was comfortable. Having an AC in the bedroom made a difference during our August stay. Beto was very responsive and helpful!

Above and beyond- private stay was quiet, next to restaurants/ cafes/ bars and walking distance into the center of town. Host was communicative and checked that we had everything we needed for our stay. When we plan our trip back to Oaxaca, we will stay here again. Definitely recommend as either a one-person, or two-person stay when visiting.

The owner was very communicative, clear, and attentive. Often went out of his way to make us feel welcome. There is a bit of an issue with black ants in the kitchen, just a matter of keeping the area clean. The floors needed some mopping because it easily gets dusty in the city. Water pressure as in most of the city isn’t very strong. The place itself was even nicer than in the photos. Location is algo good and walkable to most places downtown.

I had such a wonderful stay at Alberto's place! He was the most thoughtful host, sharing local recommendations, coming to greet me in person with his wife and adorable dog, and even bringing over local Oaxacan treats for me to try! I appreciated his kindness very much, thank you Alberto! :)The place was so comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you might need. It's in the perfect location, central to all the sights. I loved the decor, with the stunning Frida painting and the walls semi repainted to show off the beautiful history of the building. The entrance courtyard is gorgeous with the bright colourful mural and lovely plants.The wifi worked perfectly for remote work, the AC, shower, hot water all were great. It really was the perfect stay!

Communication with the host was consistent and clear, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities, cleanliness, and especially the location of the apartment were perfect! Just a block or two outside of the life of the city. There were quite a few ants when anything sweet was left out so ensure that you wash out your cups and trash regularly to keep them away. But overall, the location and the apartment was a 10/10 experience.

This is the cutest apartment that is centrally located. You can find anything you need within about 6-10 blocks. It was a little bit noisy from traffic at times but that is to be expected in this part of town. However, you’re also a little protected as it sits back from the street a bit once you’re in the door off the street. Hosts were very communicative (not too much). We had a street door code and a front door code so we felt very safe. Beautiful decor. Very pleasant stay overall.

Host is accessible, communicative, helpful, professional. Space is esthetically pleasing throughout. Clean. Full-length mirror behind bedroom door. Good wifi. Thoughtful starter supply of coffee and bottled water. Helpful signage in Spanish, English, and French. Comfortable zones for dining, relaxing, socializing. Superb location for typical touristic activities. Walking distance to a largish grocery store and to multiple smaller stores.
