This is a lovely, apparently recently renovated house with expansive water views. We stayed a month and enjoyed every minute of it. Matlacha's shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

The property was great. It looked out to the bay. The owner was exceptional in helping us with our stay. Pine Island is a great place to get away & relax.

The house was perfect. My boys and I had an amazing time. While we weren’t running around checking out the sites, we fished off the dock and caught all kinds of fish. We even had some dolphins cruise by.

The property is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, we did some fishing from the dock. Watched dolphins from the rocking chairs. Small fishing and artist town with cute shops and friendly locals.

Family fishing trip

My family had a great weekend at this home! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. It is the perfect stay for families who enjoy fishing. The property manager was accommodating as well and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

Short family getaway

Beautiful, immaculate little house. Just enough room for the 6 of us. Relaxing water view & a spot for the boat. Perfect for relaxing with out of state family, while also doing a little fishing

Very relaxing vacation

We were so impressed with the property. It was perfect. Clean and perfectly decorated. It is such a peaceful and relaxing place. You could not ask for more. We will be looking forward to returning soon

My son and I had a memorable stay here. Place was clean, and fishing was great, which was the reason why we chose this place. He caught a 35inch snook right off the dock. His most prized catch by far. We’ll be back again for sure.

House worked perfectly for our fishing vacation

The house is very cute and comfortable. Just as pictures show. Well stocked cabinets. Our focus was on fishing as much as possible and the location was good for that. Dock, bait freezer and ice machine were great! Debbie was quick to respond to all questions. We would gladly stay again.

Fishing and relaxation

Property was amazing. The house was furnished with everything you could imagine. Even came with an ice machine to fill the coolers with. Very relaxing to sit out on the dock. Neighborhood was very quiet. Debbie always replied in a very timely manner to answer questions we had. Will consider returning next year.

Priceless Relaxation

The name of this property couldn’t be more accurate. My family and I needed a place to just relax and this was the perfect place. It’s in a great quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The house is bright and decorated very nice. It’s clean and has everything you could need.I pretty much lived in the back sunroom reading and enjoying the beautiful view of the water.My husband and I went kayaking/paddlebaording and it was great to go around the little islands. It’s close enough to stores and restaurants to be convenient and quiet enough where you can feel disconnected.The table shuffleboard was also a family highlight.We would love to go back in the future.

Matlacha is an old Florida town where everyone lives on the water and enjoys the small town benefits. The neighborhood is safe, quiet & friendly. You will leave relaxed, refreshed and ready to book another vacation here.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our home is on the last canal in the neighborhood so has deep water and easy access to fishing and boating. The brand new dock fits up to a 32' boat to tie up to,and includes a fish filet table, a ladder and floating dock to launch your paddle board or one of our kayaks. There is a deep freezer in the garage to store your bait and fresh catch, a gas grill and cooler on the covered back porch to enjoy meals outside. We have a shuffleboard table and board games and cards for fun inside. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and one in the family room so everyone can watch what they want.
