Perfect getaway!

The 4 seasons condo was as lovely as the photos look with the lap pool and views. Would stay there again and recommend renting a golf cart to get around Punta Mita. Great location and perfect visit!

June family trip

Stayed in the 2 bedroom residence club unit with family of 4. Nice unit with full access to Four Seasons amenities. This was our 6th trip to Punta Mita and did not disappoint. This is a wonderful property and the residence units are a great option when traveling with kids.

Excellent stay at the Four Seasons Residence Club

We had a fabulous stay! The property was gorgeous and perfect for our party of 7. Housekeeping comes daily, and is very thorough. Brian responded promptly to all inquiries. No complaints! Wish we were still in Punta Mita!

Our already high expectations for the property were exceeded. Great location, tons of activities, spacious, clean, extremely attentive and friendly staff. Property owner was very communicative and quick to answer any questions. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous!!

We loved our vacation at this four seasons punta mita residence. Brian was so wonderful to work with and responded so fast to every question i had. The property exceeded our high expectations. It was so beautiful, so clean, and spacious. We loved the patio with the splash pool. The four seasons resort is the nicest of any four seasons we have stayed before. The service was over the top. We will definitely be back and can’t wait!!

Fantastic property; travelled with my wife and three kids (8,5,3). Host was very communicative before and during the trip. Easy check in. Unit was as advertised in the text of the listing. The photos are perhaps not current, in part because of the underlying nature of the Four Seasons Residence Club. The Four Seasons manages the building, runs the housekeeping, and likely allocates specific units to a particular booking once the host notifies the Four Seasons. So perhaps we got a refreshed & newly decorated unit in the allocation for the week of the trip. In any event - it was great. You are getting Four Seasons level quality. Kitchen very well equipped, including soap, detergent, paper towels. Private pool was perfect for my three kids. Beds, couches, patio seating all very comfortable. Very nice office/desk area. Laundry fully equipped with iron, detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Daily housekeeping greatly appreciated. Hotel amenities were seamlessly delivered. I've been a hotel-room guest at this hotel before, and was treated exactly the same as I was via this VRBO Host/Residence Club booking - full access to any resort capability, room-charge ease, concierge messaging access via the FS app, etc. We took advantage of the kids clubs, tennis lessons, spa, and other various hotel activities. Also easy to leave the FS property to head into town, if you wish (20 min walk or cab/hotel car).Highly recommend. Seamlessly delivered VRBO Host experience. Will return at some point!

Great Property

If you are looking for a villa at the Four Seasons you can't get any better than this unit. Located just across the from the lazy river and a short walk to everything else on the property.

Excellent Vacation

The listed property was great and located on the 4 seasons property. The only issue we had is we felt the hotel was under-staffed at times and may need a slight menu updating. No issues at all with VRBO process.

Wonderful Stay

The amazing view of the property, the location and wonderful spaces made our vacation simply wonderful. The owner was very special and kind, always in contact with us. We will be back for sure!!

Phenomenal view, Four Seasons service, great amenities....all made for a wonderful vacation!

The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The unit we rented in the Residence club was clean and comfortable. Staff throughout our stay were friendly and accomodating. This was our 4th visit and will not be our last!

Great view from every room

My extended family stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days in February. We had great access to the St. Regis hotel next door and the owner of this home made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Watched the sunrise every morning from bed and the sunset from the bar on the rear patio. My first VRBO experience and it was a huge success.
