Updated 3 bedroom lakefront home offers privacy and comfort w dock on Grand Lake

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Grand Lake. Our lakefront property sits on 7 wooded acres and is perfect for families or groups of friends. For your convenience, there is a single slip boat dock on-site that guests can use to park their boat or simply swim or fish off of. If fishing is your thing, crappie & catfish are plentiful in our cove! Our home is a 5 minute boat ride away from Shangri La resort and just around the corner from the popular Woodard Cove. The home is fully equipped with dishes, linens etc. The towns of Grove and Jay are each just a 20 minute drive away.

Location is amazing, a calm cove with a wonderful dock for fishing or swimming. We were able to keep an eye on the kids from the patio and the contained cove gave us a lot of comfort knowing kids would not have to deal with wakes or large boats. The incline was just right and easy access to and from lake. We stayed during a major heat wave and the home stayed nice and cool. Dawn was very responsive to our questions and any feedback along the way. Hope to stay again soon!

The property and house is beautiful. Check-in was easy. The host was extremely helpful with great recommendatoins in/around the property as well as in town. Couldn't be happier. Fishing was very good as well. Definitely recommend!

The property was gorgeous!! The host communication was perfect. There's plenty of space to enjoy family and have a good fishing outing. I caught my PB fish off the property! It was an amazing time!

Another great stay here on Grand Lake, this place has quickly become our go to for the summer. Location is excellent and Dawn is amazing to work with. We’ll be staying here again soon

Great place to stay! Had plenty of space for our large family. Dock was great to park the boat at and for the kids to swim. The hosts were very easy to work with.

Wonderful stay with great views

Everything was perfect for our stay the house was clean everything provided and plenty of space the deck is great for hanging out. The cove was awesome fish were biting our whole stay will definitely be back this place is awesome for a family trip!!

Enjoyed our stay, private location with easy access to all areas of the lake. Everything we needed for a long lake weekend. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this lakefront home. It was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the deck overlooking the lake and the dock was perfect for swimming and relaxing. We will definitely be returning for our next lake trip!

Location Location Location!

This lovely home rental was ideally situated in a cove to the south of Shangri-La resort. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and boat dock. Excellent location for a family oriented 4th of July. Owner excelled in communication, which I greatly appreciated. House was clean and well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property! We caught catfish and perch at the dock, and the view from the back deck was gorgeous. The host was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. We had the check in code, address, and other info with plenty of time ahead of check in. I never had to reach out with any issues, but I did reach out for things like restaurant recommendations. The host always replied promptly, and she was super personable! The house was spotless upon check in, the beds were nice, and the check-out requirements didn’t make us feel like maids like some other places I have stayed in the past. Overall, we definitely would stay here again when we travel back to Grand Lake!

Water-front property

Beautiful house with a large deck overlooking the lake. Easy access to the dock, and the swim dock was a huge hit with the kids. Paddleboards were fun, along with the lilypad, and the kids enjoyed fishing also. The house was cute, and comfortable. The hose was great and provided everything we needed. Would stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay this week. The property was comfortable and the location was wonderful. We docked our pontoon boat and used the swimming platform every day. Eating dinner on the outside porch was very nice and watching the sunsets stunning.

The house was very clean and the dock was great for the kids to swim off of. We loved the seclusion of the property. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening and watching the fireflies! Highly recommend
