We loved staying at your place with our family over the July 4th holiday weekend! The air conditioning was great, the backyard was so fun for the kids and grandkids and when we were inside there were enough rooms and spaces for everyone to find their own spot! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away from the hustle bustle of the big city!

This place was the perfect stay for our little family. There was a spacious yard for our kids and it was really clean.

This property was so cozy and comofortable for a group of writers. We found the multiple spaces helpful for working on our projects but the huge kitchen/dining/breakfast area was perfect for our gathering times! Areas of the home are comfortably worn, but it was clean! The outside space was spectacular and we even had a couple of warm days to enjoy the outdoor seating areas. If you have group members with mobility issues, the toilets on the main floor are all very short.

We celebrated our mother, Mimi and mother-in-law’s 90th birthday. This Gathering House was a perfect location for us all to come together to celebrate a very special and loving woman. The home was big enough for our crew and close to the other families VRBO and private home. The host responded promptly to any questions I had before and during our stay. Everyone loved the large space that was inside and out. Would recommend and stay here again. The home housed eight of us perfectly. Thank you.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational group! The owners are AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond with helping us after sickness put one of my elderly aunts in the hospital. I definitely recommend this house for a quiet getaway. Clean. Nice pool. Lots of space.

House was very nice, with a few quirks. Beds were comfortable. The house seems to have been added onto over time: one bedroom is on the complete opposite side of the house from the others, and that room has only a half bath. Which means anyone staying there has to walk all the way to the other end of the house to shower. The kitchen was basically well-equipped, but we couldn't find a corkscrew, and the only measuring cup was large (no sets of measuring cups, so it was hard to measure, say, 1/4 cup). The hot water heater did not work when we arrived. Because the owner had given us no alternate way to contact her, we had to send a message via VRBO (no direct contact phone number), then wait until after 8 am the next morning to hear back. A plumber was quickly called, the water heater had to be replaced and that was done by mid-day. So no showers the first evening or first thing in the morning, but fortunately we were flexible and didn't have major evenings until later that day. All in all, the house suited our group of women very well, was conveniently located and we had a wonderful stay!

The house and pool were lovely! Lots of space. Found a nice Mexican restaurant close by. Yard/pool were private. Very quiet neighborhood.

Grandchildren loved the pool. Plenty of room for a large group to hang out. Quiet dead end street for walks and the kids to play. Enjoyed the large yard. Kitchen could use more utensils and coffee mugs. Had a maintenance issue while we were there and the owners responded and corrected on the same day.

My family and I had a wonderful time the place is spacious with plenty of sitting room and outdoor space .. We a little minor hiccup when we first got there but it was resolve immediately. We enjoyed the swimming pool and played a good game of corn hole … We will definitely love to come back … Toni Patton
