Charles is one of the best hosts you will find. This is a great property. Only bring two cars.

It was all excellent. Natalie and Charles are great hosts and we love the house and location. This is our second time to stay there and hope to come again!

Great location and rental management was super responsive. They answered all my questions immediately and even swung by when I needed a little extra help figuring out the lock to the pier. House is beautiful - we will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Chill. This property fit our needs perfectly. It is in a great location, has excellent amenities, and the hosts were responsive to any questions or requests we had. This will definitely be our go to property on our next visit to Rockport.

Perfect home for my family for the long weekend! We had 5 adults, a toddler and dog. We all enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was very clean and comfortable. The view was great too! We will stay here again next time our travels take us to Rockport!

The property was just as listed. Great access to waterfront and private pier. House was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed. Great sunrises and views. We enjoyed every moment.

The view was great, quiet neighborhood. We used the pier every morning. The house is super cute - every bedroom has its own bathroom. Loved the fence yard for the pups. Tons of restaurants close by.

Perfect Location

We went to Rockport for a few days of fishing. This home was right on the water, clean and perfect amenities for our group of 6 adults. The property manager was available as needed. The fishing pier is an added benefit. I would recommend this property.

Great getaway

Blue Chill is the perfect place to relax. The house and view are beautiful and close to everything. We were celebrating my son’s 21st birthday and he loved the private fishing pier across the street. Charles and Natalie were great hosts and always available. Needless to say we had a great time.

Favorite place

This property was perfect for the 6 of us. We are all in our 70's. Fishing pier was handy. Charles and Natalie are excellent hosts and quick to respond.The porch and balcony are very comfortable with great views.There are 2 bedrooms upstairs but stairs were no problem for us. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Bay Reset

Great property with all 4 bedrooms en suite and an extra half bath. Looking out on the bay was so restorative. I had not realized that we had access to the fishing pier as well. That was an unexpected bonus. The flow of the house was perfect and having the garage for one car was helpful. We all felt like the house helped provide the perfect reset for the four of us as we were coming in on fumes. The house was well appointed and we appreciated that. Hope to be back!

Gorgeous but not comfortable

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Thermostat was not adjustable. We were so cold and left early because we could not sleep in the cold. Under the beautiful furniture were dead roaches. The microwave didn’t heat food, either. The bright spot was the management who came out to try to adjust the thermostat for us. Very kind people. Unfortunately, their efforts didn’t work. The backyard gate was broken and therefore backyard was not secure. But oh, the view! Amazing! Great memories were made here. Beware of parking problems and Pat the HOA lady will surely make you aware of them. Neighbors were so very friendly, otherwise.

We sincerely apologize that the thermostat settings caused discomfort during your visit. As you mentioned, we responded immediately when contacted and worked with you to find a comfortable temperature setting. Regarding the deceased insects, we had professional pest control service completed on May 17th, just prior to your stay. What you encountered were signs that our treatment was effectively working. We've checked both the thermostat and microwave following your stay and confirmed both are functioning properly - we're happy to provide operating instructions for future guests who may need them. We have plans to repair the backyard gate as this happened with the guests who departed the day you arrived. Please note that our listing describes a private backyard deck, but doesn't advertise a secured or fully fenced backyard. Thank you for acknowledging our immediate response to assist you during your stay. We're committed to ensuring every guest has a comfortable experience and would welcome the opportunity to host you again.

Beautiful home. Very clean, no real issues. Great location. Wonderful view. Excellent for dogs since it has a fenced in backyard, and the road out front is small with limited traffic ((one way) so great walking.
