The place was amazing clean and just as advertised. We had an amazing relaxing time. And we plan on coming back here the next time. We are in Arizona.

Very nice house. Pool area was great. We spent most of our time out there. Loved the close easy walk to the hiking mountain behind us.

We hade a fantastic stay at this Ricardos house.Everything was clean.Very easy check in and check out instructions.if there ever was any problem we just reach out to Ricardo and he fixed it.We could just really relax everything was already handled by Ricardo. Fantastic stay, Fantastic house, Fantastic host.We would love to stay here again.

Comfortable place in a great location

The property is clean, well appointed and in a great location close to everything and right next to South Mountain’s hiking trails. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Phoenix area.

Great family stay!

Great week-long stay for our family of four! Great communication with the host and they even had some household good delivered after we ran out. Nice proximity to the airport, but a bit of a drive to most other destinations; 20-30 minutes to most everywhere we went.

Our four year old granddaughter gives two thumbs to the heated pool! Her dad loved the mountain biking right across the road! Access to the airport, groceries and shopping is easy too. This place is as advertised.

The home was as it is pictured and in immaculate condition! Ricardo was very professional and helpful with anything that needed to be attended to. Highly recommend for your desert getaway. Lots of fun things to do nearby and obviously the pool and hot tub are wonderful! 5 stars! we look forward to returning next year.

Relaxing Stay

Stay was great. Property is in quiet clean neighborhood and it was perfect for our group. Hiking trails very close by and nice area just to take a walk. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Host was great to deal with and made our stay very pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything about this place was as advertised! We spent majority of our time by the pool and in the kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed. Location is prime for hike, short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and ice cream! Would definitely hear again!

Great location/quiet, safe neighborhood

Loved staying here! South mountain trails are a few houses down and very easy to access. The house was super clean with great amenities. The pool is fantastic. The owner was extremely responsive and communicative. Grocery is 3 mins away and I-10 is less than 5 mins away. Such a great location. Planning to stay here again on our next trip! Thank you Mark!

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was perfectly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had every appliance one could need. The pool was great and the view of the mountain from the hot tub was very pretty. The backyard is private. The owners responded quickly to some queries we had and asked for any feedback to make the stay better, which was nice. The location is good, in a quiet neighborhood but with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and with easy access to the I-10. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property! Ricardo thought of everything. Home is in great shape. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen is huge and well stocked. Everything is updated. The back yard, with pool and hot tub is a perfect oasis. The pool can be heated. It was so clean, as was the hot tub. The neighborhood felt safe and was a wonderful walking neighborhood, with a nice park/playground two blocks away. We will return here year after year for our winter escape!

Easy comfortable stay

I cam here with my 1 yr old and it made my like so easy to have a high chair and pack and play. Everything was great, pool, hottub and kitchen all spectacular The ONLY negative and this isn’t something to not book because of: the water is hard, so ladies pack extra leave in conditioner :)

I was traveling to Phoenix for business and planned a trip for two with my wife. Booked this lovely three bedroom with a great backyard pool and hot tub. My plans had to be changed so I wound up staying here by myself and it was a perfect place to stay. I will stay here whenever I am in Phoenix if it is available. Everything was clean and the check in was easy. Very secure with auto locking doors and the neighborhood is very safe and incredibly quiet. It was nice to sit by the pool at sunset and the early morning swims before my business engagements were a great way to start the day. 5 stars for sure.

Wonderful, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. Great heated pool, desert trail access across the street and a well-stocked kitchen- even an air fryer!! Our family spent a week and rarely left. Everything is in place for a fantastic Phoenix vacation!!
