The house sits on a 100 acre homestead. It has been in our family for over 75 years. This beautiful house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a great view of the river and mountains.
Enjoy the large picturesque windows that captures the beautiful Kasilof river and the spectacular mountain range.
A large deck provides plenty of room to entertain family and friends.
The space
You will have the whole homestead to yourself.
Note that the 4th bedroom is an open loft with a full size bed.
Guest access
Transportation is not provided, you will need a car.

This was the nicest and cleanest place I’ve ever stayed on VRBO. Great host everything we needed great communication. The house is amazing river is great.

Chris and family left the houses in perfect order everything was organized and very clean. They treated the Homestead with respect and was amazed how clean it was. The communication was excellent too. I would definitely like to host them again. Host Gary

Wonderful property, highly recommend

Host was very responsive and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Recommend as a beautiful location and there was great fishing just down the hill out the back door.

The property has the most amazing view and the house was very clean and had everything we needed! We hope to be back again! Host Gary was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Loved the basket of snacks and the fishing equipment to use down at the river. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Great Alaskan vacation

Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The view of the Kasilof is spectacular and the we enjoyed every minute of it! Gary is an excellent at communicating and went out of his way to make our visit as smooth as possible. We hope to stay here again sometime soon in the future!

Kasilof stay

Great communication and a well stocked house! Walk to the river was a little dicey with fishing gear but totally worth the stay and the views!!

Beautiful home with the most amazing view!!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stalked. Gary made sure that anything we might need was available for fishing and even left some snacks on the counter for us. We are already planning our next stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Words or pictures can not describe this home. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything you could ever need or want. Views amazing, beds comfortable, good showers, immaculately maintained.

What a view! Thank you for the great stay and for helping us out in any way you could. Fishing was poor during our stay in both the Kasilof and Kenai, but we hope to stay with you again in the future during a better fishing time. Thank you for providing us with some fresh Sockeye…what a treat!
