The home is located in Towamensing Trails, a private residential community with a beautiful 190-acre lake. Towamensing is a Lenape Native American phrase that means Nature's Wonders.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.
- 8 amenity wristbands are provided, with no extras available. Children under 5 do not need wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
- Parking passes are required for community amenities.
- This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
- Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay.
- Please Note: The Towamensing Trails Community Center is currently closed and unavailable to guests until further notice. This includes access to the community center bathrooms, snack bar, and meal services. There is currently no estimated reopening date. The pool and beach remain open, and porta potties are available on-site for guest use.

Up to 8 cars can park onsite.
All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
