Welcome to our comfy home, an ideal place for vacationers & business travelers. Enjoy easy access to everything in this centrally located place that is walking distance from transit, parks, shops & restaurants.

This 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms suite offers kitchenette, laundry, living room, dining area & family room. It can accommodate up to 10 guests with high quality queen size sofa bed.

Quiet neighborhood. Free street parking is available on Cartier Street, but spaces are limited and subject to time restrictions. During the daytime, vehicles may need to be moved every two hours.

Fortunately, there are plenty of free, unrestricted parking spots around the intersection of Cartier Street and W 42nd Avenue, just about 50 metres from the house.

This lovely family suite has separate private entrance. The guests have full access to the entire suite and they will have complete privacy and uninterrupted comfort during their welcomed stay.

The home can accommodate up to 10 people with pull out sofa bed. If you need the sofa bed, please let the host know before your arrival.

Very clean, great location!

The check-in process was very easy, the suite was very clean, and the property is just a 2 minute walk to a major bus line!

The property is well maintained and comfortable. We arrived late and the pull out sofa was not made up as requested but the host was quick to respond to location of linens. There was coffee but breakfast foods were not locally available. Low quality gas station food was the only option.

Beautiful suite- great location

Clean and well appointed suite in an easily walkable neighborhood and easily available street parking.This is a lovely place to explore Vancouver from and retreat to at the end of the day.

Wonderful host

The host was so helpful and kind. We were a group of 6 and the home was very clean, plenty of room and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Clean and roomyThere are stairs as it is a basement suite and that was a bit of a challenge for some of the travellers. Owner is very responsive and we appreciated that.

Thank you for your hospitality! This was a great choice for us as it was close to the cruise port and the airport. Short walking distance to convenience stores and some smaller shops. Door Access is downstairs so just be weary if you have disabilities. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very welcoming!

Wonderful hosts

Short trip before cruise. Was easy to get in and out of. We were able to walk to Queen Elizabeth Park. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were also so thoughtful that they found my husband's hat he left and mailed it to us.

Great honey place in south Vancouver

Property was great for staying overnight. Not much space for cooking as there is only a partial kitchen no stove or oven. Property clean and property manager was very nice and friendly!
