Really enjoyed our stay on the property. Spacious, had all we needed and felt very private. Totally would stay again. And location to beach was the best!

The unit was amazing in size, decor and cleanliness. It had a few issues; however the owner responded immediately and took care of minor details. Would highly recommend the unit!

Great location

Rented 2 homes within the same complex for softball world series. The pools were great and the pond was awesome to entertain the kids as well. Short drive tobthe beach and could walk to starbucks, mexican snd excellent seafood restaurant. I would def stay here again.

Fortebello Beachside 170 family getaway

A Beautiful accomodations, very spacious, and well equipped with towels, kitchen as well as some beach supplies, walking distance to public beach but just as easy to drive down and park. Pool was well maintained, a bit warm due to not shaded. Located behind restaurants and shopping plaza, family restaurants also in walking distance or short drive. Small community pool and pond you can fish with catch and release.

Wedding weekend

This property presents as depicted. It is spacious and provides all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The bedrooms were large with huge closets. Check in and out were easy and convenient. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, perfect for our needs. As cleaners were running late and had not finished when we arrived they kindly gave us 2 hours later for checkout. Communication was excellent. Could do with more than 6 wine/cocktail glasses, bigger frying pan, new cookie sheets, kitchen scissors would have been helpful. All in all a fantastic home!

would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was beautiful. Our kids loved the whole house lol not just the pool! Has a nice pond out front you can fish in. Close to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc. The hosts were beyond great! Five stars all around. Super friendly, great response time, and courteous of your stay. They have everything you need for basics there as well. Our pets came too they enjoyed their stay. ((: We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend booking here! Thank you so much.

This place was really set up for a large family. I initially had 8 people coming and ended up with only 5 total. The benefit? Everyone got their own room and bathroom. The 4 females I had with me loved that concept! Lots of room to spread out. The youngest loved the private pool in back. Having the capability to do laundry onsite was a bonus! The kitchen was stocked with most of the things you needed to prepare your own meals and we cooked all our meals onsite. There is a grill for outside cooking, but you will need to get your own charcoal. I'm not sure why it wasn't a gas grill, but that may be an insurance issue for a rental unit.The host was absolutely 'on it' with communication. They were very proactive and when I had a power failure while we were awayfrom the unit, the internet for the TV's went down. I notified the host and they immediately investigated. I was updated of an outage that Spectrum was working to resolve and had my service returned shortly after. Any question I had though out the week or even prior to my arrival was answered within a few minutes. The AC worked great and everyone was very comfortableThe only issue I had during the week was not having access to the internet through the rentals WiFi. I brought my laptop specifically so I could research local activities and events in the area. I just used my phone instead, but if was not as convenient as a laptop screen compared to my iphone. I did not contact the host for this issue.

Great house for large groups

Great house with large and plentiful rooms for large groups. Overall clean, except the cleaning crew or previous guests did not remove the trash so it was smelly when we arrived. We also had a door from garage into laundry not able to close and a chair almost fall apart when my son sat in it. All were address with rental company in a timely manner. I would recommend this property and would stay again. Just a couple issues which again the rental company addressed. Overall, I think the property was great, just needs a new cleaning company/maintenance company.
