Beautiful home

Loved our stay at this home!! Home was beautiful , clean, spacious for my large family. So many stores near by to get our essentials. Kids loved the game room. Only thing i would recommend is celling fans in bedrooms.

Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the house and the location. The only issues I will stay was we were only allowed for parking spots per home. We had six vehicles, and multiple people visiting. On top of this getting into the resort was a nightmare. It took over 45 minutes one time to get in from the lines.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the drive way only fits 02 cars, and the resort only allow 5 cars per reservation, those are resort rules and we can't change that 😔. We did sent a complaint to the resort for improvement regarding the long lines to access the resort. Thank you once again for your feedback, hope to see you again in the future!

Great property

The property is true to the photos. Was very clean! The only issue we really had was communication, pre-trip trying to have our final payment taken, we sent over all the guest’s information and the gate didn’t have any of the info when we arrived, we had to call and it prolonged checking in. I will say even with the communication issues I would recommend this property and stay here again myself!

Traffic nightmare!

The property was spotless. I have probably never stayed in a cleaner VRBO.Getting through the guard shack at night was a nightmare! We sat in traffic 20-50 minutes each night just to get on property! Traffic was lined up about half a mile in both directions to get in!!

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words about the cleanliness of the property, we’re thrilled to hear you found it spotless! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with traffic at the guard shack. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We want to let you know that after receiving several guest comments like yours, we reached out to the resort management multiple times to address the issue. We're happy to share that they have since implemented improvements, including opening three entrance lanes to significantly speed up the entry process. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future!

Spring Break

My family and I were very impressed with the property as a whole. The property was very clean. Be sure to bring your own wash clothes and a fan for the game room. I wish I would have received the information before I was two hours from the resort. The resort could have used more wait staff. It must have been a busy week because the resort was very crowded. Pearling on the streets was insane and people were driving to fast in the neighborhood.
