Convenient, central location for events in the beautiful Skagit Valley this Spring! This home is clean, comfortable and safe with outdoor spaces to enjoy. Plenty of room to accommodate family gatherings with large pantry, beverage fridge, indoor dining to seat 9, outdoor dining table seats 6. Backyard with mature, park-like landscaping, fully fenced, well-lit with covered patio, BBQ, dining table, TV and seated fire pit area. Garage with 2 parking spaces, two additional driveway spaces as well as street parking. 3 bedrooms with high quality mattresses and blackout curtains. Direct neighbor to the hospital but it is a quiet home and neighborhood. We are a neighbor to the property, we're here to help if you need anything!

My husband and I are both native to the local area. We fell in love with this beautiful home and wanted to share it with others who may be coming to the area for work or pleasure. We have two young children and a pair of rescue liter-mate dogs. The comfortability and convenience of this home is unmatched if you're hospital staff. We love being able to share this special home with others who value comfortable convenience.

We love this neighborhood! We have lived here since 2021, we're a neighbor to this home and have loved raising our children here. There are multiple schools and parks within walking distance. We love that it's a residential area in the medical district that's close to i5 and the hospital (I work there). We love the convenience in a town that offers events for kids and adults both.
You may be thinking there is a lot of emergency vehicle traffic noise but that is not the case. The emergency vehicles go to the ER on the West side of the hospital and the home is located on the East side of the hospital. For non-hospital related emergency vehicles, it is the same for any home in city limits; they are respectful of the residential area and don't use sirens at late hours. The helicopter traffic is usually zero times per day but the most I've ever seen is 3x in one day.

Our main guests are medical staff. Between hospital staff stays, to fill the gaps, we rent to families traveling to the area for various reasons. We wanted to create a serene retreat for hospital staff to relax, unwind and recharge in a comfortable home environment after a long day. It is a clean, comfortable, safe and convenient home for families coming into town whether it be for the Tulip Festival, a family vacation to spend time with one another or a pitstop on a longer expedition. There are event venues, restaurants, kid activities/events and scenic spots we can recommend upon request depending what your interests are! We live next door so if there is anything you need, we're here!
