After an exciting day of exploring the area, guests can enjoy comfortable and spacious accommodations with unbeatable amenities, including a private shower, individual heating/cooling, television, as well as the option to order a Deluxe Breakfast as an add-on. Sitting on 2.5 acres, the property offers beautiful scenic views, an outside kitchen, and an on-site cafe. Each of our 15 rooms offer unique and thoughtfully-appointed comforts that will remind you of home. Rooms are divided between the Main House area, the Carriage House area, and the Suites area.

Sutton was an old coal and lumber town. Now is abandoned. the owner of this place is trying to to save some of the grandeur it once enjoyed .The hotel has 2 buildings and the decor in both of them is amazing It is a really relaxing place. The hostess is a coal miners daughter that keeps the West Virginia charm. The innkeeper is from Colombia. He serves a strong colombian coffee and delicious arepas. What a combination ,never expect it .Help this people save part of history
