The property was clean and the pictures posted did it justice. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook big meals for our group. The location was right on the main road, which made it easy to find.

Property exactly as described. Wonderful location. Very nice living and dining room. Maybe address a few small issues:-hallway bathroom door will not close properly - lighting in kitchen poor; replace bulb under microwave - no scrub pad for dishes and almost no dishwash soap. All other vrbo properties I’ve stayed at provide this.

This is the most beautiful and relaxing cabin. It was such a nice place to stay. We had a wonderful time here. The property is absolutely beautiful and getting to see all the wildlife everyday was amazing. We had 7 people and a small little dog and we all had plenty of room and so much fun. The cabin is located in a very good spot for just about anything you want to do.

Nice home but has a rat issue rat droppings in the bed. bedroom doors dont shut air-conditioning doesn't work the rat issue was my biggest issue otherwise me and my family had a great time

This unit is regularly treated by pest control, and it was inspected before and after your visit, but no signs of mice were found. We will treat the house and keep check on this. The A/C unit was checked and was working when maintenance did a work order. Again, we apologize for the issues.

Great property ! Close to slopes , banner elk , Boone , and the blue ridge parkway. Great hikes , waterfalls , and amusements are all close by. Easy instructions for the running of the house and exiting as well . All around great experience. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
We got the last 4 inches before the end of the season .

The house looked nice but most of the interior doors did not latch and the there was mold in the baseboards of the bathroom. We shared the house with another family and it had plenty of space. Some of the beds were pretty uncomfortable but there was plenty of space for 10 people.

This house was in a good location for our needs. We enjoyed the house, but have a few suggestions. One - include coffee filters. Our normal filters did not fit your machine. Two - several of the doors need adjustments. They either were very hard to open/close or they would not stay closed. Three - living room area is very dark. Different lighting might help. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved this place. The pictures dont do it justice. It's better in person. It is older but does provide a roof over your head and heat and air and that is all that really matters.

Perfect Location and very spacious

We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and gorgeous views. Perfect location for the sky resort. The shuttle bus service was so convenient too. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us

Charming

House was in a great location for our trip. It fit our needs. There are some cosmetic issues in the house but nothing that would keep me from recommending a stay. We enjoyed the creek that runs across the property.
